Best carbonara in town! Freshly sliced bacon and pasta cooked right in front of you. Small but excellent. Reservations via Facebook Messenger are recommended. They still cook like Mom used to! Highly recommended. Don't let the ambiance fool you. The food is absolutely delicious.

A praised small restaurant, quite authentic and fresh. You either like it or you hate it :)) Same for the dishes. I never ate such a creamy Carbonara. Too creamy for my taste and salty too. So it depends very much on what you choose to eat and who serves you :)

A small space full of flavor and life; we could not have enjoyed our meal more. We were lucky to be seated for lunch, as we didn't have a reservation. Watching the cook prepare the dishes on the counter in front of us was a show of speed, skill, and generosity. I'd love to post a video, but not sure they'd be ok with that. One of our best and least expensive meals in Italy👍.

I tried the orecchiette here and really enjoyed it. The portion was very generous and more than enough for one person, and the flavors were great. The place itself is quite small, both inside and outside, but it has a warm and cozy atmosphere that I really liked. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I'll be back in Pisa. I don't plan on climbing the tower again, but I'll definitely eat here again.
We were welcomed by Pe' (the chef) and Valerio (the waiter) like family, and we felt like family the whole time. Tasty dishes, intriguing recipes, generous portions, and genuine goodness.

We were here for the first time today and ordered the carbonara based on the reviews. It was literally the best carbonara I've ever eaten!!! A pure taste sensation 😍 You absolutely have to go there if you're ever in Pisa!!
