A truly beautiful place in the heart of Tuscany, with a traditional menu that isn't particularly extensive but includes the best local specialties. I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the food, and the service was attentive but not superb. I can't give it five stars, but it definitely deserves four.

A very charming and well-kept place in the Empoli countryside. Excellent food with a clear selection of ingredients. The wait staff is incredibly friendly, with a special mention for Sara, Sara, Francesca, and Serena. I will gladly return.

The restaurant has been tastefully restored to blend in with its rural setting. The elegantly appointed dining room and service are not exceptional, but still good. The dishes are excellent, beautifully presented, and there's a wide selection of wines. A place definitely worth a visit.

Very nice place we ate off the menu Chianina tartare and ravioli filled with cacio e pepe with artichoke sauce and crispy artichokes and reginette with Chianina ragù in white, fried potatoes grilled vegetables sorbet and coffee all excellent with impeccable staff and service, considering that the place was full I would say very good thanks

07/04/2026: This is the second lampredotto I've had in Florence, i liked this one than another one I had closer to the main hub. The tripe tasted more like tripe and I preferred a bit more chew with this one. The size is also generous. I didn't have to wait at all as I came right at open in a Tuesday morning post Easter. It's a bit out of the way but I had time to kill anyway. There's a nice park to sit at, next to the stall, if the provided seatings are full.
07/04/2026: This is by far the best lampredotto I've ever had, hands down. The panozzo was lovely and filling, the meat was buttery soft and flavorful... It's a bit out of the way, but if you visit the Stibbert, it's worth eating there!

21/04/2026: Sunset dinner on a stunning panoramic terrace. Traditional Tuscan food, all delicious!
18/04/2026: A place with a balcony offering a beautiful view. The only downside is that only a few of the outdoor tables are in the shade! The service is attentive and kind. The food is excellent. I recommend making a reservation!
