Next level hospitality. Breathtaking views. An amazing team of hosts who truly make you feel special during your stay... What can I say? I LOVED THIS PLACE. My boyfriend and I stayed at La Certosa di Maggiano for 3 nights, and it was my favorite hotel during our two-week trip in Italy. The moment we walked in we received the warmest welcome that felt like a home coming. The rooms were incredibly spacious with more than enough built-in closets to house and hang all of our belongings. The interior design honors the art of preserving time through it's restored architecture, yet gives the property a vivacious voice through pops of modern art pieces and color. There's something interesting to see and or relax into, around almost every corner. From the perspective of a food photographer and a Michelin Star chef, we really enjoyed dining at their restaurant and sipping cocktails at their bar. Both experiences are intimate and rooted in an expression that felt uniquely theirs. Needless to say, we'll be back.. and I can't wait.

Staying at Certosa Di Maggiano was the highlight of our trip. The hospitality was unmatched- everyone who worked here was attentive, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was incredible and fresh. The wine, appetizers and dinners were incredible too. I should mention that we were sick while here and the kitchen made food to order for us while we were on the mend. The room, views, amenities and property were beautiful. Old monastery from the 14th century. A wonderful location, great atmosphere and extremely friendly and helpful staff. In addition to the quiet location, there is also a wonderful restaurant. A little gem in Siena.

Impeccable service! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel just outside of Siena. Easy walking distance to the walled city, beautiful gardens and courtyard, excellent food. The staff makes it extra special. Thank you, Michelle, and team!

We spent two days in this wonderful location a few km from the center of Siena. The location is enchanting, quiet and surrounded by greenery, practically an oasis of peace. Good food but little variety if you decide to dine in the facility. The only flaw: the welcome!! Friendly but very cold staff (perhaps only with Italian guests). In any case super recommended!!

We eloped and got married here and it was the best decision we made! Michelle and her staffs unwavering hospitality is absolutely second to none. A very delayed post (2 years on) but it was one of the most spectacular experiences and stays ever. We hope to visit again one day for an anniversary. I still dream of the food and breakfast!

Non ho esperienza diretta dell'hotel il cui ingresso è comune a quello della Chiesa della Parrocchia di San Niccolò a Maggiano dove mi reco abitualmente per partecipare ai riti religiosi. Si percepisce comunque che la qualità dei servizi e la location sono di un certo livello.

Mi piace molto. Le camere sono arredate in stile. I salotti sono molto accoglienti così come il parco. Ottima la colazione davanti al fuoco della cucina.

WOW!!! We loved the place! Beautiful and convenient location, great architecture and style . It is a great historical building worth it to visit and stay! All staff was extremely helpful and kind! We made the booking by phone and Alessia from reception was very professional and prompt to help us confirm the nicest room immediately. Congratulations to the manager for running this great property. We loved breakfast and breakfast area, too. We definitely want to come back on our next trip !
