05/01/2025: We had lunch in this place almost by chance, what can I say... everything was wonderful from the owners to the food... delights for the palate... and the wines... an excellent wine shop. Super recommended

18/04/2025: In visita ad Arezzo, eravamo alla ricerca di un posto dove mangiare. Devo dire che abbiamo fatto CENTRO! Il ristorante è piccolino in una viuzza del centro di Arezzo, ma devo dire che ne vale la pena! SI MANGIA BENISSIMO! Titolare e personale molto simpatici e professionali. Lo consiglio vivamente!

13/04/2025: Circa tre anni fà io e la mia fidanzata eravamo ad Arezzo per una visita della città. All' ora di pranzo mentre cercavamo un posto dove poter pranzare, per fortuna e per caso ci ritroviamo davanti a questo buonissimo locale, riusciamo a trovare uno degli ultimi tavoli disponibili. Ed è stata una bella esperienza, tanto è vero che siamo ritornati la scorso Sabato a pranzo ovviamente prenotando in anticipo , ed abbiamo provato altri piatti e direi sempre tutti molto gustosi e buoni ... Sinceramente quando ritorneremo ad Arezzo proveremo a rifare una tappa al Teorema del Gusto!

24/03/2025: Very nice place in a quiet and private setting. Very spacious private parking. Abundant appetizer with typical cutting boards and croutons. Really excellent pasta with mushrooms and sausage and very good cheek! Price in the medium range, right.

20/03/2025: Large parking lot about fifty meters away. Rustic, very welcoming environment, framed by the Tuscan hills. Kind and helpful staff without being pushy. You can visit the house where Machiavelli faced exile, which is located right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant offers Tuscan cuisine based on meat and the food is truly excellent with quality raw materials. An experience definitely to be repeated.

16/04/2025: I tried the aperitif with friends, local wine both by the glass and in the bottle. The costs for the wine are more than fair if you are more than 4 people I recommend the bottle instead of glasses, the only flaw is the platters of cold cuts and cheeses, we asked for the platter for 5 people and we had to divide slices of cheese and cold cuts, given that on the platter there were 2 slices of cheese and a few cold cuts, premise we had asked for a platter for 5 people not for two. For the rest I recommend it, in the historic center of Monte Carlo.

09/04/2025: Magical evening! We arrived a little before dinner time. The kitchen was not yet open and the owner offered us an aperitif and gave us some snacks while we waited. The food was excellent and the service attentive. Lots of atmosphere and it's a lovely place. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the region!

22/03/2025: Historic village shop, excellent products, starting with bread, made in-house, then cured meats, cheeses etc. Equally valid is the offer proposed by the kitchen of the adjacent trattoria.

02/02/2025: Today, Sunday 2 February 2025, passing through Montevarchi, we stopped to have lunch in this beautiful restaurant and we all agreed (two couples) that we must return to this restaurant. We ate very well, from the Tuscan crostini to the first courses and then again from the meat to the dessert and the coffee, all very, very good. The right price. Thanks to all the staff for this oasis of delicacy, see you again!

23/03/2025: Cozy atmosphere furnished with charm and originality. We felt straight at home. Vivenz uses only local produce. His specialty is fish, only catch of the day, so you never know what you get, but refined taste in his dishes is guaranteed. A place to recommend if you want to sit back and enjoy the surprising dishes that Vivenz and Veronica set before you.

22/03/2025: It was a fantastic find! The quality of the food was truly excellent, I have rarely eaten such good fish and I would not have expected to eat it in Levane. Room furnished with taste but strong personality. Compliments! We will be back soon

19/02/2025: MAMMA MIA CHE SPETTACOLO! Pizza fotonica, dolce fantastico ma soprattutto…. IL PERSONALE! Sono state stupende, divertenti, sorridenti, gentili, alla mano! Torneremo sicuramente per questa pizza che è indubbiamente una tra le più buone che io abbia mai mangiato, ma soprattutto per il personale simpaticissimo!

04/02/2025: I was in a magical place, arriving tired from work, from travel, without strength, here I found people who managed to get me through everything first and foremost with their sweetness and above all with their splendid, sensational dishes, ps I didn't know them. And I fell in love with all of them, a big thank you.

08/04/2025: The food is spectacular!! The waiters are super friendly! The place has charm. We have been there for two days and the treatment has always been very good, they speak Spanish, Italian and English.

09/04/2025: Our last night of a long lovely holiday was to be here. And we were not disappointed. Very smiling and competent owner helped us to order. Tender and delicious meat, and when we wanted some extra greens, it arrived quickly. Delicious dessert which we otherwise often think is given too little weight in other restaurants. So that was also a nice experience. Such a wonderful dining experience in a really beautiful city. We can definitely highly recommend the place.
