08/05/2026: Here at Pinolo I found (May 3, 2026) the **** --- Torta con i Bischeri --- **** ORIGINAL, ANCIENT, PERFECT RECIPE also thanks to a key ingredient that unfortunately isn't often found elsewhere. It's the same one I ate in the '70s!!! WELL DONE!!! Please don't change the recipe!!!

09/06/2026: The pizzas by the slice are good, rich and tasty. The price is good, and the dough is expertly made with the right, crispy crusts. Parking is a bit difficult, but it's easy to find. A few outdoor spaces make parking easier. A delicious slice of mushroom pizza today was also worth 10.
04/06/2026: The cecina is next level. The quattro formaggi and classic margherita were also just perfect. If you like spicy, try the chili oil as well :) super fast, affordable quick lunch.
