Excellent place to stay. Central to several points of interest. We stayed there to easily reach Gubbio and Assisi, and its location allowed us to get there quickly, given its proximity to the E45. Abundant breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and available to meet our every need. The rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort for families.

Very comfortable bed. Brekfast is exelent. Litlle bit far from center but if you dont mind 15 minute walk then ok. Staff EXELENT !!!! Reataurant in hotel is realy special. Verry elegant.

A wonderful experience with a group of friends. Comfortable rooms, excellent sleep quality, and no noise. Convenient to major roads leading to Città di Castello, Gubbio, and Assisi. Very friendly and helpful staff. High-quality restaurant.

We come to this hotel every year. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good, and room service is available. There are hotels in Italy where we've felt cold (we always come in winter), and this one offers exceptional warmth.

Il Bixtrot - Excelence Experience

03/05/2026: When restaurants deserve a review, it's only right, and Bixtrot truly deserves it. Quality fish, impeccably cooked with simple recipes. It was a real revelation. They're truly talented.
16/04/2026: I went last night for an end-of-course dinner, but coming from Turin, I obviously wasn't familiar with it. Beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant, we ate very well. Of course, it was a company dinner, and the menu was pre-ordered, but the dishes were good and delicious. I don't know the cost for each of us, but I think it's within limits. If I ever return, I'll keep it as a reference; I highly recommend it.

15/03/2026: Very good food and excellent service, the waitress Lorena was very kind.
08/03/2026: At Billis in Arezzo, quality is king. Excellent Maremmana burgers, beautiful and delicious sandwiches, and top-notch fries. If you prefer meat, the tagliata is incredible. Add to that the young, friendly, and welcoming staff, and you have the perfect place. A constant evolution that never disappoints!
