18/04/2025: Cuando entramos en el restaurante solo había dos mesas de las 15 ocupadas. Estaba lloviendo fuerte afuera. Aunque teníamos una reserva nos sentaron todo el camino en la parte trasera frente a la puerta del baño y la puerta de la cocina. La música rock sonaba desde la cocina. Cuando pedimos pasar a una mesa adyacente nos dijeron que no, que todos estaban reservados. Pedimos una buena botella de vino. Nuestra comida salió rápidamente. Nuestro camarero rondaba cerca. A mitad de la cena otros dos grupos vinieron a nuestra zona. Todavía había varias mesas abiertas. La comida era sosa. El plato de pollo estaba seco y demasiado cocido. No tenía condimento. Plato de espagueti estaba bien. Berenjena Parm estaba bien. Fuera del vino, poco inspirador. Salimos caminando por las mesas vacías.

27/03/2025: Siamo venuti a pranzo per il compleanno di mia mamma. Lo abbiamo provato ad ottobre e adesso siamo clienti affezionatissimi. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto con 4 assaggi (SPECIALE) e io ho preso il pesce spada alla siciliana con verdure fritte. I miei genitori hanno preso i paccheri con calamari, gamberi e verdure. Era speciale anche quello. Alla fine dolce e sorbetto. TUTTO MAGNIFICO SUPER MEGA CONSIGLIATO

The environment is well looked after, I appreciated the idea of ​​the record player to accompany dinner with excellent music in the background. The service is perhaps the greatest note of merit with an excellent description of the dishes, it is rare to find such warm waiters in Lunigiana who make you feel truly welcome. I recommend you try the liqueurs they produce, they are delicious.

05/04/2025: I had dinner at the osteria da bussé. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff polite and friendly. The cured meats of the delicious appetizers, such as roast lamb. It was all great. I highly recommend this place to lovers of good food.

23/03/2025: Third time dining here. Came back for the food and hoped that the previous service experiences were rare bad days. Unfortunately it was not. Very disorganized. I know in general there is a shortage of wait staff in Italy, especially in these more rural locations, but other restaurants have found ways to cope. Quality of locally sourced ingredients are excellent. But the chaos of the restaurant (tons of kids, which is normal for a Sunday but still adds a layer of noise that isn't enjoyable for many plus dogs whining, and the exasperation of tables trying to get servers' attention) combined with the very random music, and terribly slow and at times very tense service isn't worth it. 20 minutes for water. Another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Another half hour for apps and drinks to arrive. Another 40 minutes for entrees. Instead of fresh ombrina arrived frozen swordfish. I really want to enjoy this place, and the staff under other circumstances seem to be nice, but it feels like the organization was formed by someone without restaurant experience. All that said, they have an amazing view on the beach. If they could at least be faster with the water, bread and drinks, the waits would be more forgivable. I will probably wait another six months before I try again.

31/12/2024: Spacious, modern, elegant room with large terrace with a view of the sea, wonderful to say is an understatement. Courteous, efficient, competent staff complemented by a chef who invents tasty and high-impact dishes. Rich assortment of especially local wines, well-stocked bar and excellent coffee. Definitely worth returning and recommending to those looking for tasty specialties

They are very kind, helpful, smiling and I want to underline this because for a while now it has often happened that you find long faces and feel as if you are annoying yourself even though you pay. The pizza is excellent, shallow as I like it, well cooked, the ingredients are tasty and fresh. The environment is beautiful, well organized and above all clean, including the bathroom. Really good!

10/04/2025: A real favorite! The setting is both beautiful and intimate, perfect for a romantic dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. As for the cuisine, the octopus was succulent and tender. The wild boar pasta was simply delicious.

16/04/2025: Excelente opción en San Gimignano. Atención a la lasagna. El servicio es rápido y eficaz. La comida está muy bien y el vino bianco Vernaccia di S. Gimignano también. Además el precio no es elevado y la ubicación permite evitar las aglomeraciones del centro.

05/04/2025: Great little restaurant right outside g he city walls. Delicious homemade food and good service. We had the the bruscetta plate with three different toasts , one had griied radchccio with gongonzola, one was fresh tomato and prosciutto and one with griilwd zucchini and cheese. We also had Tuscan beans with sausage and hand rolled pici pasta with tomato sauce. The desert of Polenta apple cake was a wow. Local wine was great, very reasonable prices too

29/03/2025: A pizzeria with a history. Even though the place looks simple and old-fashioned, the staff is very kind and helpful, with a good pizza, with various types to choose from. The dough is excellent, I recommend the double dough, because it makes you feel the true quality of the pizza. I went there for three days in a row and tried different varieties, including the thin dough. I really recommend this place if you are passing through. Advance booking is recommended, considering that on weekdays it works quite well.

06/03/2025: I come back after 6 years at random, a long time but lives take strange turns, the kind and knowledgeable waiter shows me the wines, they don't have a list, you choose them from the cupboards or he shows them to you, ask for a Tuscan red and doesn't try to offer you the most expensive but the one he thinks is best or particular, I love the foods on the blackboard, curious names, particular combinations, what I wanted, having fun eating something new, I feel at home, my partner is happy, the memory of an old tattoo done years before, a smile, what I needed, if you are in Tirrenia, leave the main street and the mixed fries on the beach and stop by here.

16/03/2025: We had pasta and it was very good. The taste is rich and the meals feel very authentically italian. The portions were also of adequate size which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was pleasent and the staff were friendly. We don't speak Italian but had no problems with making reservation and then ordering at the restaurant. The prices were very good given the experience. Overall, this small trattoria feels like a place where the locals eat and not like a big fancy restaurant that will rip you off. It's a must visit if you are in Florance.
