Antica farmacia In Palaia

Had an absolutely lovely evening here on our last night in Italy. We were staying nearby and saw this come up when looking on maps and my goodness what a lovely experience. The food was top notch, there was a clear love that went into the food and attention to detail. We had appetisers, first courses, and (3!) desserts so didn't order any mains but looking at other diners meals they looked amazing I just have a sweet tooth so chose to prioritise space for dessert. On top of our meal we were served some small surprise starters before our meal and before dessert, and the presentation alongside the quality of the food was really special. Please note you have to book! It fills up pretty quickly I only managed to get a table on our last night and I was doing research 7 days before. Also if you're not staying local to Palaia, please think about organising pick up / transport after - we walked from our hotel which was about 45 minutes away but ended up calling our hotel to help us organise a pick up as it was too dark to walk back along the road. Would highly highly recommend we had an incredible evening at Antica Farmacia.

A unique and small Michelin restaurant with special and very tasty dishes. Excellent service. The atmosphere of the small and magical village with special flavors and shapes ensures a great evening. Very tasty and modern food. Highly recommended!

I’ve had my fair share of unforgettable meals in unexpected places, but this one? This one left a mark. The food, the wine, the kind of warm, intuitive service that makes you feel like you’ve been coming there for years—it was all extraordinary!

Fantastic place, exquisite food, and impeccable service. The two of us ordered two appetizers (crispy pulled pork spheres and beef tartare) that were incredible and meticulously prepared, two excellent main courses (beef cheek and boneless ribs), and two delicate cream puffs made with top-quality ingredients. Their bread and pastries rounded out the entrees. An unforgettable experience.

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Our waitress was very kind and the food was perfect. Every single dish was expertly crafted and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend this place.
