26/10/2025: This was the best meal we have had in Tuscany, food and atmosphere. The service was incredible. We felt so special and felt right at home. Don’t miss this place!

23/10/2025: A restaurant offering traditional cuisine. The atmosphere is very welcoming, modern yet warm. The service, with Claudio taking care of every detail, is excellent. I often bring clients here for lunch or dinner and always make a good impression.

Greeted by Nicolò's infectious laughter, immersed in his bottles, glasses, and various accessories... he seems like an alchemist, creating his cocktails with care and passion, while also building a bond with his interlocutors... and with the varied curiosities of the most demanding customers, always on the ball! Fantastic! For me, it's 10/10. But behind a great man... There's always a great woman: Sarah! A hurricane straight from New Jersey. Pure energy! She's also smiling... With eyes that say more than words... She creates her magic in the kitchen, each dish is designed to satisfy all the senses, with surprising, unique flavors and aromas! Despite her very demanding work, she manages to be present even in the dining room and enchant with her clean face and free spirit, also for her, a 10/10! A place where you leave satisfied and with a smile! I would like a place like this close to my home 💜

25/02/2026: I was in Florence for four days and found Djària by chance while looking for burger places in Florence, and I decided to try it because it inspired me. Needless to say, I've been back twice. The burgers were amazing: the meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. The fries were delicious and fresh. The fried chicken sandwich was very good, but not as good as the meat. I suggest testing it to make sure the breading adheres better to the meat, which tends to fall apart when bitten into. I'm a teetotaler, so I can't comment on alcohol.

15/02/2026: My wife and I had an amazing experience for Valentine’s Day. From the moment we walked in until 3 hours after our dining experience everything was absolutely perfect. 15/02/2026: A very nice and welcoming place with attentive, meticulous, and kind staff. Okay, now let's move on to the food. The entrees already show that the dinner promises to be not only tasty but also fun, humorous, an experience to be savored. The subsequent courses were one discovery after another; I loved the tongue and the pigeon, which was so tender. There were three women at one table, and the only thing we could say was mmm... good... delicious... we'll be back... Shushing three women with food is no easy feat!!!! Compliments to the chef and all the staff. I hope to return soon.

01/03/2026: Great food and the service was fantastic. The entire city is of course very tourist oriented, but this place felt a little more low key and the main manager/waiter was super helpful and cool. We spent a reasonable amount of money and had a great time.

28/02/2026: Had the pleasure to have dinner here on our quick, one night visit to Florence. Great atmosphere, great food and great service from Martin who had great recommendations and knowledge for our random questions about steaks. The standouts was of course the Florentine steak, the house wine and tiramisu. We wanted to get just one to share but it was too good and ended up getting another one. Would absolutely recommend!

21/02/2026: This is an exceptional restaurant! By far, the best dinner we had during our 2 week Italy road trip. Intimate, friendly restaurant with phenomenal food. Husband and wife team - charming Julia, front of house and friendly chef Gabriel was a winning partnership. The fusion cooking, Italian with Asian influence and heavy seafood bias was very welcome in meat heavy Tuscany! The scallops starter was outstanding - beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Pasta with cuttlefish was simply divine and the sea bass main course was delicious. We really appreciated Julia's wine recommendations, as a sommelier she listened to our preferences and found us a perfect Chianti and gorgeous rosé. This was our favourite dinner in Italy and exceptional value too! Thank you both, we will be back!

21/01/2026: The best restaurant in Lucca, hands down. A classy welcome, they greet you with focaccia and their own olive oil, a culinary journey that perfectly reflects the chef's journey through Asia. At the end of each course, the super-kind waitress asked how we were doing and how we liked the dishes. Speechless. The restaurant is small and very welcoming, with an elegant yet friendly atmosphere. At the end of the evening, the chef came into the dining room, and I couldn't help but congratulate him and ask for the fish soup. SPECTACULAR, PLEASE TRY IT. The price is worth it, and in fact... the only time I think I could say that, I would have paid even more and not complained. I will definitely be back.

11/01/2026: Super friendly owner and great tasting burgers. Ordered the cheeseburger, b burger, pio burger, and pienza 491, and they all had their distinct flavors. Fries were crispy, and the bacon/mayo fries were even better! A must try place

07/01/2026: The burgers here are absolutely amazing! You can really taste the care and passion the owner puts into each one. It was so good we came back twice. If you’re a meat lover, the Doppio Penza Burger is a must-try! (Aka double double)

10/02/2026: A simple, well-kept, and very welcoming place that makes you feel at home, with a wonderful view of the Ponte Vecchio, very kind staff. The food is exquisite, we had a mix of excellent cheeses, the tasty meatballs, and finally the tiramisu was super! We'll be back soon!

02/02/2026: We went there twice during our short stay in Florence! The place is cozy and offers an unparalleled view of the Ponte Vecchio. The food is delicious and the drinks are top-notch (the beer selection is also excellent). The prices are absolutely fair considering the incredible location and the quality of the food and drinks we had. Adriano was an excellent host. We'll be back!

The gentlemen who served us were very kind and fast, the first courses were truly delicious, and the chestnut and mushroom soup was definitely worth trying again. I skipped the main courses and ordered a mix of side dishes, all delicious. If I were to find myself in the area again, I would gladly return. Thank you all for your kindness.

14/12/2025: Excellent food and super friendly and kind owners. We ordered two appetisers and we liked the one with herring & fried chestnut so much! According to the owner, it’s the recipe passed down from his grand parent. So good! Pici and pasta with wild boar sauce were also superb! The desserts, especially Tiramisu, is a must-try!!! 素晴らしい‼️
