05/01/2025: This place caught me by surprise. We booked this place for dinner to celebrate our 10th anniversary but ended going with my 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) because my husband was not well. I was greeted with a prosecco on the house and a few starters ( pomodoro spring roll, mini tacos and croquettes) plated very nicely. I ordered an antipasti (veal salad) and 2 of the secondi dishes - pork belly and beef cheeks. So so delicious! It definitely was a Michelin star experience - better than an actual one I experienced in Paris. They even gave my kids this little cute bags with candies inside and a digestive drink at the end of the meal. Highly recommend the place

25/01/2025: Probabilmente la cameriera aveva la luna storta , comunque detto questo un ora di attesa per….. 5 pezzetti di pollo minuscoli per un costo di 8,50 euro . Francamente mi pare un po’ eccessivo considerando che comunque il locale non è proprio il top . Un suggerimento chiedere al cliente come è andata e salutare non è una cosa sconveniente

18/01/2025: We returned after months from Gastone, a truly special place. The environment has always been well cared for, elegant in its simplicity. Mattia and Lorenzo in the dining room are a concentration of competence and enthusiasm, a winning formula. What about food? The fish is very fresh, the lobster pasta was simply perfect. We also appreciated the accompaniment with quality wines. Place of the heart in Florence!

28/12/2024: We were recommended this place by a waiter from a nearby restaurant. Due to the Christmas rush, it wasn't easy to find a spot, but we finally managed to get a table on December 27. After too many Florentine dishes 😅, the fish was a refreshing change! We started with the Tartare di Gamberi Rosa, which was simply amazing, and followed with the Sea Bass in Salt, which was also excellent. It came with three sides: eggplant with olives, capers, and tomatoes - absolutely delicious - sautéed spinach (well, it’s spinach 😅), and super crunchy French fries. Overall, a great experience, but be aware - it won’t be cheap!

20/01/2025: All incredible, dishes that use simple ingredients but with a perfect final result. From the starters to the desserts both times I went everything was perfect.

04/12/2024: Ristorante perfetto, soprattutto per una serata rilassante in coppia, un menù amplio , pieno di scelte per tutti i gusti, Abbiamo preso due menù diversi, uno tartufo e uno pesce. Per i vini non ci sono problemi dato che la cantina è fornitissima. Vieni coccolato da quando arrivi fino a che non esci. Maurizio e il personale di sala sono attenti a tutti i dettagli. Ristorante da scoprire, ma consigliato più di uno stellato. Complimenti Maurizio. Ti verremo a trovare presto.

12/01/2025: Tried two dunks a few days ago. Unbeatable price quality. Well filled and the quality of the ingredients above average. Only the quality of the squash needs to be improved. But otherwise really good!

11/12/2024: This was our first trip to Italy. We stumbled across this place while trying to find a laundromat of all things. Roberto and Monica are the friendliest owners we have met. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable, although I would have paid more for the experience we had. As our short stay came to an end, Roberto thanked us with something akin to an Irish coffee, except with espresso instead of regular coffee. He told us they don't often get tourists, but if you are reading this, please do your best to change it. We will definitely return to this hidden treasure of Florence Grazie Monica and Roberto!

24/01/2025: I am writing this as I am eating it because I had to write a review right away. Wow. I am very picky about my paninis and this one blew me away. This sandwich was lifechanging. The bread is flavorful and so fresh. you get a good amount of whatever ingredients you want. It is so good you have to go here if in Lucca. You won’t regret it. This sandwich changed my life.Trust me go here. I got the salami and burrata sandwich. Chefs kiss fr GO HERE

21/01/2025: We went to Fiaschetto for lunch, attracted by the shop window full of typical products but without the typical built aura of shops in the centre. The owner welcomed us, a very kind girl who was very knowledgeable about raw materials. Inside it is small but very welcoming, perfect for a quick but quality snack. The sandwiches are truly exquisite: mine, ham, tuna sauce, tomato and salad was fresh and delicious, but light. Recommended for those who want a quick snack without sacrificing quality and local products. Congratulations, we will definitely be back!

01/01/2025: Ci sono stata diverse volte e ho sempre mangiato bene. Location carina, elegante e romantica, la sala principale è aperta, ma i pannelli fonoassorbenti sono un'ottima soluzione che funziona. Scelto il menu degustazione di pesce composto da 5 portate + un dolce a scelta dal menu. Sapori decisi e delicati, abbinamenti ben pensati. Servizio e costo consoni al posto e alla qualità del cibo e della materia prima.
