13/11/2025: A pleasant discovery! I'd heard about this place and finally decided to try it, piqued by curiosity. Small but very welcoming, where you can relax and read a book! I tried a very good and unique poke. Fast service and affordable prices. It's a shame the bistro is a bit hidden, but I'd definitely go back!
12/11/2025: Special place: a bar and a bookshop, specializing in children's books, with a room for courses and meetings... To visit and return! Now there are access problems due to road reconstruction, but the uniqueness of the place is in the second entrance. Perhaps less comfortable but incredibly fascinating. Visiting the restaurant remains a priority if you pass through these parts. A plus is the service: the friendliness and affability of the owner are a plus that transforms every visit into an enchanting adventure. Update: road and access finally fixed, it is confirmed as a true oasis for a restaurant for the soul and... also the stomach... highly recommended.

15/02/2026: A very nice and welcoming place with attentive, meticulous, and kind staff. Okay, now let's move on to the food. The entrees already show that the dinner promises to be not only tasty but also fun, humorous, an experience to be savored. The subsequent courses were one discovery after another; I loved the tongue and the pigeon, which was so tender. There were three women at one table, and the only thing we could say was mmm... good... delicious... we'll be back... Shushing three women with food is no easy feat!!!! Compliments to the chef and all the staff. I hope to return soon.

The food is delicious and the drinks are top-notch (the beer selection is also excellent). And then there are places like Osteria da Pasqualino, which caress your soul before your palate. Pasquale, the owner, welcomes you with a bright, authentic, and infectiously cheerful look. He effortlessly recounts his 20 years of experience as a cruise ship sommelier, and everything immediately makes sense: as soon as you enter, on the left, a wall of bottles tells his story better than any business card. Here, wine isn't an afterthought, it's identity. The cuisine is founded on a rare principle: absolute respect for the raw materials. Simple, clean, seasonal ingredients, crafted with technique and sensitivity. No forcing, no pretense. Each dish is balanced in its contrasts, temperatures, and textures. The result is cuisine that doesn't shout, but convinces. You can sense the care behind every preparation: correct cuts, precise cooking, balanced acidity, never-overpowering flavor, visual and flavorful harmony. It's proof that true haute cuisine requires expertise, not excess. The service, thanks to Upi, is a real added value: sincere kindness, constant but never intrusive attention, a rare ability to make you feel like a guest and not a customer. Upi doesn't just serve dishes: it serves serenity. Chef Giovanna, absent that evening, was nevertheless present in every detail. The gentlemen who served us were very kind and fast, the first courses were truly delicious, and the chestnut and mushroom soup was definitely worth trying again. I skipped the main courses and ordered a mix of side dishes, all delicious. If I were to find myself in the area again, I would gladly return. Thank you all for your kindness.
