I was truly impressed by this restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, without ever being intrusive.
The dishes are the real highlight: quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and well-balanced flavors. You can sense great attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and their preparation. The pici cacio e pepe and the pappardelle al ragù are delicious.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the overall experience. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

We had an incredible lunch here today. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was next level—the owner greeted us with two glasses of welcome wine and even let us sample some excellent reds and whites to find our favorites.
As for the food, every dish was spot on. We ordered the Florentine steak, seafood pasta, and an appetizer, finishing off with a delicious tiramisu. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for amazing food paired with genuine warmth!

One of the best dishes I ate in Italy, the pasta sauce was delicious. The fried seafood trio with lemon was well worth it. The atmosphere, the service, and the food – the restaurant gets a 10/10. We will definitely return.

The atmosphere was excellent, the owner was really very friendly (with a complimentary digestif at the end of the meal!), and the servers were very pleasant. The service was very quick. The food was excellent, especially the pizzas. A minor point about the pork and mushroom tagliatelle. I admit I'm still trying to figure out where the pork was (update after discussion (and a sudden realization): due to a translation error on my part, this dish contains ABSOLUTELY NO meat. I therefore apologize to the restaurant; the dish was otherwise perfect!). As for the melted cheese and "toast" appetizer (the caciocavallo), it was excellent but quite spicy! Not for the faint of heart! 😬

Looking for a restaurant for our first evening in Florence, we stumbled upon "I Templari."
A very good restaurant.
The food is excellent.
The welcome is warm and pleasant.
The staff is very polite and courteous to foreigners.
The owner is a sweetheart.
I would go back without hesitation to try other dishes.
