The new management of MA KE GELATO, as soon as you walk in, you immediately realize you're on another planet. It's the real way to make gelato, an excellent, flavorful product. I highly recommend the SALT gelato.

D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S After a visit to Certaldo, we were looking for a refreshing gelato and fortunately discovered Ma Ke. What delicious gelato Marco makes! We tried several flavors that were all equally tasty. And for dessert, we had an affogato, a kind of sorbet that was also unmatched. In short, if you are in the area, this is a must-stop. If you aren't in the area, it is definitely worth the detour!

This gelato place was amazing. They had some very creative flavors such as Malaga rum raisin and cantiano black cherry. They also have granita which is like flavored ice. Our kids begged to go there multiple times. It’s also fun to get your gelato and hang out in the town square.

Beyond the delicious gelato they did a wonderful job taking care of my son whom is allergic to nuts. Washing the scoops and pulling fresh from uncontaminated containers for him. True kind hospitality.

14/05/2026: Just a few tables, just like at home, and amazing food at a moderately low price (appetizer, first course, and second course for half, plus a selection of desserts, €40). Highly recommended (call to reserve at least a week in advance).
13/05/2026: A quaint, rustic, and welcoming little place. Maurizio was a character who was able to recommend some delicious, simple yet tasty and flavorful tortelli, and abundant pici all'aglione, eaten directly from a shiny, clean pan with the bread mopped up at the end!
