19/08/2025: We arrived around 9:40 pm to eat. We saw the owner at the entrance of the restaurant, and there was no problem eating. The service and dishes were perfect, with delicious presentation and taste! Even the server took the time to speak French with us! Speedy service! Warm welcome and a great atmosphere. All in an idyllic setting. Thank you so much! Will come back and recommend!

25/08/2025: The schiacciate are very good. They're excellent both at the outdoor tables and as a packed lunch. The prices are perhaps a little high for the schiacciate, but the products are still top-quality. The desserts at the bar are also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

04/08/2025: Incredible spot for lunch, super affordable, quick service, and a great daily menu. We came a few times and tried the farro, couscous, nettle gnocchi, and Caesar salad. The highlight for me was definitely the nettle gnocchi, something special I haven’t seen anywhere else. Also, they bring out a homemade black focaccia with every meal and it’s seriously delicious.

27/07/2025: I went there with a friend after he'd already been there several times. He'd spoken highly of it, so I was intrigued and decided to try it with him. I have to say, I was right to trust him! Excellent quality across the board, fast and very clear tablet service, a cute place, and prices for an all-you-can lunch that were truly ridiculous considering how low they are (€21 per person with water). Despite the many Japanese restaurants in Empoli, this is definitely one of the best, if not the best, despite being in an industrial area and not being very trustworthy from the outside. I'll definitely be back, without a doubt.

01/07/2025: A wonderful discovery among the flavors of Garfagnana We came across it almost by chance while searching Google for a place to eat, and what a nice surprise! After booking a table for two, we were welcomed with kindness and made to sit under a charming outdoor veranda. The environment is simple but well-kept, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The menu offers a rich selection of traditional Garfagnana dishes, with typical products and really interesting combinations. We started with the “della Capannina” appetizer: a riot of local flavors with cured meats, crostini, spelt and other delicacies. Next, spelt flour gnocchi with pecorino cheese fondue and speck (creamy and tasty), chestnut flour pappardelle with leeks and sausage (a rustic and well-balanced dish), and a surprising rabbit stuffed with sausage, black cabbage and chestnut sauce, accompanied by roast potatoes ordered separately. They even offered us a taste of fried porcini mushrooms! The ending was worthy of applause: chestnut fritters (Necci) with ricotta and chocolate, served in a generous tray of six pieces, even though there were only two of us! Generous portions, excellent quality, more than fair prices and a warm welcome. An experience that we enthusiastically recommend. See you next time!

28/07/2025: We ordered two schiacciate to go: one with grilled vegetables and pecorino cheese, and the other with cooked ham and, as an extra, mushrooms (for a €3 surcharge). Unfortunately, when we were about to eat them, we realized the mushrooms hadn't been added. The wait was about 15 minutes, but the service was very quick when we picked them up—perhaps too quick, given the forgotten order. These things can happen, but overall, we found the prices a bit high for the quality of the product. Personally, I don't think we'll be back.

24/08/2025: The food was good, not remarkable but good. The reason for the review was the service. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrees to share as a party of four. The staff acted upset that we asked for things to be brought when ready so we can share. I think they interpreted that we meant everything at the same time. But even still it shouldn’t be a particularly big deal. They treated us rudely for the remainder of the dinner.

23/08/2025: Very disappointed... The place and the waiters are friendly but the food is clearly not worth the price. The tomato dish was way too salty, almost as if it had been prepared with an industrial sauce. For the second dish, the ''roosbeaf with wine'' was more of a ''roosbeaf with oil'' than anything else... If you are an epicurean, it is better not to stop here. If you are just hungry and in a hurry to eat, the restaurant will do the trick.
