25/10/2025: We loved everything about our meal here. The small dish of bread soaked in sauce that was served when we sat down was delicious and such a great way to start the meal. There were so many appealing items on the menu, but on that day my husband and I were in the mood for just spaghetti with red sauce, which we hadn’t had yet in Italy. It did not disappoint. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the wine. It’s always a testament to an establishment when you see the locals frequenting it, which they did here.

20/10/2025: Osteria very well located in Siena, but far enough from Piazza di Campo to be quiet enough from the tourist bustle (at least in autumn). Both the service and the food have been excellent, the ragu soup very good and opinions like the pea soup to "come out" of the pasta.

Ricardo, in particular, was able to passionately recommend a robust red wine pairing and explained the exact provenance of the meat. 11/10/2025: Good food, if you want a quick stuffed focaccia, it's fine. The portions are generous and will fill you up. The only downside, though not too much, is that the outside smells like sewer. Occasionally, a few odors come through, but they can be remedied. Recommended place for dining.

We had to wait about fifteen minutes for a table because we arrived at peak hour and reservations weren't possible. Traditional cuisine with local flavors, with various vegetarian and vegan options. There are hammocks and cats.
