29/08/2025: We went to this place because of the positive reviews. The place is very nice, but otherwise, it's certainly not worth repeating. The service is very slow (the place wasn't even full), and it's not the waiters' fault, but rather the organization's fault... in fact, the waiters are very kind. After 50 minutes from ordering (just over an hour after we sat down), we had to ask for the appetizers. After finishing the appetizer, after another 40 minutes, we asked again for the main course. And then... after 2 hours, we left. Unbelievable waiting times... the dishes were good, but not excellent enough to justify the wait. I was expecting fresh products, but most of them had an asterisk... still good. The prices were medium-high... I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't go back... they didn't even apologize for the wait, nor did they ask if everything was okay.

16/08/2025: Lovely pizzeria, located right in the main square of San Donato, serves delicious pizzas with made with a thin crust and tastes amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for families. The staff are very kind and patient, taking the time to explain the menu in detail. We enjoyed it so much that we came back twice during our holiday! Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: The worst pizza in my life. Actually, it's not pizza, but pita bread with filling. Dessert: we ordered tiramisu. They brought ice cream with tiramisu flavor. But we ordered dessert, not ice cream. On the good side: the location is beautiful

04/09/2025: Beautiful place and the food is good. Every year in September we return to the La Barcaccina restaurant.

25/08/2025: Very good and well-presented dishes, restaurant on the beach in Vada. The downside is that there is no possibility of having an aperitif! The waitresses were not necessarily very pleasant except for the one who came to speak to us in French.

07/06/2025: Really nice and welcoming place. You eat well and you can do smart working, since the wifi works very well.

07/06/2025: Just morning coffee at a local cafe on the road. Fresh sandwiches and croissants with good coffee, of course. We chose instead of breakfast in the apartment. The location on the street doesn't even bother.

04/09/2025: We've been coming to La Lisca for many years, and despite the busy holiday periods, we've always had a great time. Excellent, high-quality seafood. Welcoming atmosphere, but I recommend booking the terrace because the veranda isn't as good as the sea view. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous.

09/09/2025: Trattoria Dalle Bimbe was an absolutely top-notch culinary experience! The appetizer of zonzelle with Tuscan prosciutto and stracciatella was delicious. The Maremma tortelloni with ragù and ricotta filling were masterful. And the wild boar stew? Top! A true delight. Kudos to the cuisine and service; I've already recommended this place to locals... and beyond.

02/09/2025: Everything was delicious and high-quality, and the price was right if you're looking to satiate your craving for fish. The staff was kind and courteous. Add to this the charming view of the harbor at night. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. I returned again six years later, this time on a Monday lunchtime in late August. Same management. I can confirm the overall positive experience. Personally, I recommend trying the Caciucco, one of Livorno's typical dishes that I really enjoyed at this restaurant.

31/08/2025: Last week I went to dinner at this restaurant with a friend. The staff was very kind and helpful; they even found us a table without a reservation. The service was very fast, and the view from the dining room overlooking the coast was beautiful. I had an excellent tuna steak that melted in my mouth, while my friend had spaghetti with clams, and she was also very satisfied.

02/09/2025: Great little place, we really enjoyed for a ‚local‘ experience… until the bill can with different prices than the menu. That always makes you feel like you are not so local after all.. house wine went from 10 to 14 and pasta from 11.50 to 12

03/08/2025: Excellent trattoria. Typical Tuscan cuisine: probably the best Florentine steak I've ever eaten. Professional and punctual service. Rustic yet pleasant atmosphere. Adequate prices. Highly recommended.

31/08/2025: When a restaurant enjoys a prime location on the central square in a charming Italian city, you expect high prices and mediocre quality. This was different: good wines, excellent food, and a super-friendly server made Sunday lunch a delight. The salmon on salad with lemon foam was one of the best I've ever had. Benissimo! X

30/08/2025: Excellent experience at this historic restaurant! We ate under the porticoes, served by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We started with a mixed appetizer platter and hand-picked raw ham with crostini. While we waited, we were served excellent bread with local olive oil. This was followed by a carpaccio and an excellent Scottona tartare! Highly recommended! For those who criticize the wait times on busy days, I recommend fast food restaurants where the food is subpar and you have to wait anyway! We spent two days in Arezzo and chose this restaurant twice for lunch.

19/07/2025: Disappointing... The setting is pretty and the service friendly, but the food is really disappointing: small quantities, banal dishes and little (or no) seasoning, overall the food is far too simple to stop there.

16/07/2025: We were seated at a small table in the walkway. My chair was pushed over four times. Four of us, a bit tight... they put the cards in front of my 11-year-old daughter. We were forced to put the ice bucket with the bottle of wine on the ground. We asked to move tables because there were some free, but they were supposedly reserved. The table next to it was never occupied, and the restaurant was more empty than full. The worst part was the seafood pasta. The smell was very strong and the seasoning was worrying, so my husband didn't eat his plate. While the fried calamari was good... we regret stopping there, given the choice on the street. So I'd say avoid.

24/08/2025: These are those places that make you feel good when you leave. The food is good, the price is right, and the view is impeccable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
