Great inn! The young staff, led by a guy (unfortunately I don't know his name), is fast, friendly and nice. The food is fantastic, local specialties and some tal. the classics. All epremessages!

We arrived to stay on site at 9:30 PM on Friday evening, and were seated without any problems. The food was excellent, the pappardelle with wild boar was simply killer, their special ragù, the addition of olives—I think Taggiasca—is a plus. The staff was super hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. What can I say? I can't give it 6 stars, otherwise I would have. Until next time, we'll definitely be back. 👋

Nice location, young, smiling, and knowledgeable staff. The gnudi with ragù and peposo were very good. The house red wine was also good. Recommended!

The atmosphere and furnishings were unique, the food was excellent, we had the pici alla vigliacca and al cinghiale, they were delicious, then some good side dishes and a sweet panettone with figs and walnuts and a drizzle of warm cream, it was really good, we left satisfied.

29/10/2025: I had the cantuccini, they were simply delicious! Recommended
21/10/2025: Ballerini was a great finding on our way to the train station. I am glad we did not have breakfast in our hotel. The food is fresh and delicious. The pomodoro panini with focaccia bread is a must. And the pastries….it is hard to decide which one to take. The staff is very friendly and the place is very affordable. After finding this place, we came back for breakfast every day! 🫶🏼 Highly recommend this gem.

13/03/2026: Friendly and affable staff. Attentive service. Lovely selection of wines by the glass, with some more adventurous choices available. Very reasonable prices.
27/02/2026: Favorite spot in Florence for a small bite and nice glass of wine. They know their stuff and make recommendations with confidence. Don’t miss the toasts with anchovies, butter and lemon zest. Sigh… I want to go back and get it again just thinking about it. Can’t visit Florence without this treat. I’ve revisited twice in the same three day trip a couple of times.
