FUOCO ALLA TORRE - It's more than a restaurant. One of the best places I've ever visited. If you think you know what real taste is, you might be mistaken if you haven't been here yet. The chef is a master of the highest level, who has brought together in this restaurant all his experience, character, and the best qualities of a true chef. I was honored to meet him in person. I recommend: if you're in this city, definitely stop by. You definitely won't regret it.

20/07/2026: Family dinner, four adults, Friday evening. Appetizer with Angus carpaccio and Florentine steak for two, mixed raw and hot fish appetizer, and baked snapper for the other two. The fish appetizer, given the price, left a little to be desired in both quantity and quality, but everything else was excellent!! The staff was exquisite, starting with the hostess! The only real flaw was the lack of air conditioning, which, given the quality of the place, is almost a must these days. The price was quite high, but given the food on offer, it was to be expected. I recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely evening and good food, especially on a night that's not exactly muggy!
