The pizza and pinza would be excellent if they weren't burned on the bottom. We came here specifically from San Miniato and returned again, but it was always burned on the bottom. We'll return as a last-ditch effort. As a famous Neapolitan pizza chef says, "A good pizza chef shouldn't burn the dough, not even on the edge."
