29/05/2025: Our family was treated so well at B.O.r.G.O. The owner was very helpful with multiple food allergies, and everything came out great. We especially loved the anchovies, hummus sampler, and pork. Mille grazie!
26/05/2025: Very nice everything! We felt welcomed and pampered even if with due discretion. All the dishes were very good, not banal and with something to tell. Wine list not exaggerated but with a nice attention to the territory, a nice selection of Chianti Classico, with some gems.

04/06/2025: An absolutely amazing dining experience. The service was impeccable, and the food was exceptional and creative. The stemware was one of the highlights of the evening and the architecture is brilliant. We also enjoyed a wonderful tour of the wine cellar.

08/05/2025: Delightful dinner at Ristorante Belcore! We were completely delighted with the evening in this cozy restaurant! ✨ Beef tartare is simply perfect: fresh, tender, with an impeccable balance of spices. ✨ Duck foie gras is a real pleasure, it literally melts in your mouth! ✨ Florentine steak - conquered with its juiciness and rich taste, and fresh greens perfectly shaded it. A glass of cold Prosecco and potato soup was a great start as a compliment. Fragrant **homemade bread** with a crispy crust accompanied the meal with olive oil. At the end we served a glass of ice-cold limoncello and cookies. Very nice! And everything is very tasty! And the musical accompaniment added a touch of romance to our evening! Special thanks to the attentive waitress and hospitable owner - the service is at the highest level! The atmosphere, cuisine and service are all A+. We'll definitely be back! 5/5🌟
03/05/2025: While there are some restaurants that are cold to Asians, this one was very kind and even though I was unfamiliar with English, they served me with a smile. I ordered three courses, all of which were delicious and not too salty, with flavors that would suit Japanese palates well. It's close to the station, so we definitely recommend this restaurant!

15/05/2025: Let's start with the food, truly EXCELLENT. Both the crudités and the other dishes, all strictly Japanese, are truly noteworthy. Excellent service with very kind staff in the Japanese manner and intent on explaining all the dishes served. The environment is all well-kept, in my opinion it lacks an extra aerator for the extraction of odors, just to be picky. Overall it is truly excellent. Prices worthy of the dish.
25/04/2025: Absolutely outstanding traditional Japanese cuisine. Not your typical sushi restaurant. Also the waiting staff was incredibly accommodating, making our stay feel like we were in Japan.

24/05/2025: En nuestro reciente viaje a Florencia, disfrutamos de dos maravillosas comidas en Culinaria. Tuvimos que volver por segunda vez después de la primera experiencia positiva. La comida es creativa con ingredientes novedosos pero complementarios a los platos. Desde flores de calabacín rellenas de quesos para que los sabores de cada ingrediente queden en capas en cada bocado, hasta pastas con salsas delicadas y deliciosas, el menú de Andrea nos motivó a volver a experimentar más de la carta. Otros elementos del menú que teníamos y nos encantaban por cada persona que los pidió: La hamburguesa, las vieiras y la bacala. Disfrutamos de la bistecca florentina aquí que estaba perfectamente cocinado y presentado a la mesa por uno de los chefs de Andrea. He incluido una foto del menú, pero sé que puede cambiar con los ingredientes de temporada. El ambiente del restaurante es agradable combinando una arquitectura original con toques modernos de decoración artística. Sobre todo fue todo servido y presentado por el propietario Andrea, que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, hizo recomendaciones especiales, y ayudó a hacer de nuestras dos comidas en su restaurante un recuerdo integral de nuestras vacaciones familiares especiales.
24/05/2025: On our recent trip to Florence, we enjoyed two wonderful meals at Culinaria. We had to return for the second time after the first positive experience. The food is creative with ingredients that are novel but complimentary to the dishes. From zucchini flowers stuffed with cheeses so that the flavors of every ingredient is layered in each bite, to pastas with delicate and delicious sauces, Andrea's menu motivated us to return to experience more from the menu. Other menu items we had and were loved by each person who ordered them: The burger, The scallops and the Baccala. We enjoyed the Florentine bistecca here which was perfectly cooked and presented to the table by one of Andrea's chef team. I've included a photo of the menu, but I know it may change with seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere of the restaurant is enjoyable combining original architecture with modern touches of artistic decor. Most of all it was all served and presented by the owner Andrea, who made us feel welcome, made special recommendations, and helped make our two meals at his restaurant an integral memory to our special family vacation.

30/05/2025: Dinner with friends for six tonight. Central restaurant in the lively San Frediano area. Mentioned in the Michelin guides, it intrigued us. When booking, they asked me for my credit card details, to charge the penalty in case we didn't show up without notifying 12 hours before the booking (I didn't like that already). But encouraged by the joyful group I pass over it. Nice place but not out of the ordinary. When booking, the kind waiter informed us that for kitchen reasons it was not possible to order à la carte, making us follow a menu of choice trying to group together more similar dishes. (A single pigeon could not be ordered at least two). So we tried to ADJUST by choosing dishes that were as similar as possible between us. (This is a serious lack of organization in my opinion). The sommelier was very nice and knowledgeable. The prices, considering a menu dictated by the masses, were even too high. There were about ten tables, such poor organization is possible. Good quality.

11/05/2025: Arrived and were seated immediately, quick and courteous service, the waiters always smiling and helpful. Too bad about the small setback when ordering dessert. For the rest we liked it a lot. The prices are in line with the quality of the products. Excellent creativity with the chef. All this without animal suffering!! Stratospheric desserts (I recommend the chocolate and carrot cake) And their seitan never disappoints. A restaurant that I highly recommend
05/05/2025: We had dinner a few nights ago at this vegan restaurant. The food is good, but the portions are quite small: to leave full, you need to order a starter, first course, second course and dessert, and the cost is relatively high, but what disappointed us most was the environment and the service. We were placed in a room with very noisy tables, and the owner, who seemed to know the diners, added to the noise by often passing between the tables. The result? Headaches and inability to converse peacefully with those at our table, a truly unpleasant experience. The service was also not up to the price, the dining room staff did not smile and did not show particular courtesy or attention when addressing customers. The environment was cold and chaotic. The kitchen is located next to the bathroom, in a narrow and not too clean corridor, with a sticky floor. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

09/06/2025: It's famous among Koreans, but it's really tasteless. I think I should go to Korea and learn how to use charcoal.. This is not charcoal, seriously. It's cold even when I touch the grill lol They said medium, but the meat came out red so I thought it would be cooked, but I just ate it rare The grilled onions are sour. It's not the onions you get at Korean meat restaurants! Even when I put it on the grill, it was the same as when it first came out (the picture is onions that were left on for over 15 minutes)
06/06/2025: There were two of us, we hadn't booked, but having a great memory of 9 years ago, we asked and they found us a place. Very kind and professional staff. Excellent food, pici with black cabbage and bacon and pear tortelli with walnuts and gorgonzola; cake with yellow flour with chocolate and wine. They offered us prosecco as soon as we sat down and limoncello at the end of the meal; all with great cordiality. You can't ask for better!

19/05/2025: Great location on the main square, but inside a plastic tent, in an environment of sophisticated intention, with a contrasting result. With good background music, the menu arrives with sweet and sour recipes, with a gourmet touch. After an exhausting wait, and 3 baskets of excellent bread and homemade breadsticks, the dishes are presented with slightly small portions. The first courses turned out to be of excellent quality. While the artichoke (ino) was also excellent. Fantastic chocolate cake. The Catalan cream unfortunately half liquid and half lumpy, was a bit of a disappointment. Prices in line.
29/03/2025: New experience at Chianti Soul Kitchen with the owner Maximilian and the chef Giada. A wonderful ambiente with an excellent service, you feel welcome as a guest and as a friend. We had as a starter (antipasto) the „gamberi rosso crudo“, which an explosion of different tastes and flavors created by Giada. She loves to experiment with combinations of different flavors and that makes this kitchen unique. The duck („petto di anatra“) with potatoes was amazing, perfectly seasoned and pink meat! Wonderful! The wine selection is legendary at Chianti Soul Kitchen. We love to be there!

30/05/2025: The most delicious steak I have ever had. I had the bistecca florentina and it was so juicy, flavorful and just melt in your mouth. The staff were friendly and explained the menu. They have a set menu at a decent price but I just had to try the bistecca and it was worth the expense
26/05/2025: Meat with a capital C. You can tell that the owner is truly passionate about his job and knows what he puts on the plates of his customers. I had never tried the Florentine Simmenthal. It's certainly not the cheapest place to enjoy a steak, but it's definitely worth the slightly higher than average cost. I'll be back.
