19/10/2025: Beautifully decorated shop, with friendly service from the owner. We enjoyed the appetizer and pasta very much. Unfortunately, the heavy porcelain plates weren't preheated, and the food arrived relatively cold at the table. The same goes for the espresso cups, but the espresso itself isn't recommended either. Unusual for Italy, it's simply watery and lacks crema. This also unfortunately spoils the tiramisu, which presumably used the same espresso.

16/10/2025: Do not hesitate. Book the reservation. We are at two Michelin restaurants on our trip and B.O.r.G.O. Was better than everything else we had. Gabriele was a fantastic host and chef. I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know going to Florence.

05/10/2025: A five-star experience, and it couldn't be otherwise. Top-notch cuisine, in a location whose architecture alone makes it worth a visit. Unfortunately, the chef wasn't there the night of our dinner; we would have happily conveyed our compliments to him verbally. The staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Recommended!

21/10/2025: I haven't been to Japan, but the way they serve customers, the plating, and the waiters' formality really made me feel like I was in Japan. Favorite dish: pork udon. The pieces of pork in the udon broth were fabulous; not to mention the udon itself. I liked them more than the fish. (You can tell it by the "recommended" symbol on the menu.) For dessert, the mochi with Macha ice cream is a must-try. The price is quite high, at €70 per person, excluding wine (we had water). Definitely worth a try.

13/10/2025: If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant that feels like you're in Japan, Il Cuore is the place to go in Florence. Teruo guided us through the culinary experience from start to finish, with a respect only found in Japan, recommending typical dishes we won't soon forget. The fish served was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, so much so that months later I still remember the taste. Without a doubt, one of the best Japanese restaurants we've ever tried. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

01/11/2025: We booked the restaurant and had high expectations. For starters, we ordered the famous egg (we asked for one to share between two people, and they brought it already separated into two plates, which we loved!!), but we didn't think it was anything special. For the main course, we had the two gnocchi with truffle, but we found them lacking in truffle flavor and salt. Unfortunately, we left a little disappointed because we didn't like it very much, and the prices are high. On the day, we wanted to sit in the outdoor area, but they said it wasn't open, which was a shame. Excellent service!

16/10/2025: Never a bad choice... or rather, never a bad kebab, sandwich, or piadina. The flavors and aromas fill a welcoming and charming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home with Zouheir, the owner, who welcomes you with his smile and good humor. My favorite kebab for years.

30/09/2025: Excellent and plentiful lunches, fresh ingredients! The daily menu is always a guarantee!!! The staff is very kind and fast. The garden where the tables are located is very pretty and well-kept.

05/12/2025: Confusing experience. The food was just okay, nothing amazing. The ingredients in the menu were often not listed according to amount, and in some dishes there was missing ingredients or major ingredients not mentioned. For example I ordered a shrimp pasta with spicy peppers, but there were no peppers and the shrimp was a tartar which wasn’t mentioned in the menu. I found myself unpleasantly surprised a few times.

23/11/2025: We had a fantastic 4 course dinner here, even the vegetarian. Every course was delicious and expertly presented. In particular the dessert with the sweetcorn cream was something special and unexpected. Service was really friendly, and I felt very welcome to ask questions and for wine recommendations. Very deserving of its Michelin guide entry.

15/09/2025: A typical Maremma restaurant. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and warm. We ate excellent food, including an amazing Florentine steak that melted in our mouths! The staff was friendly, smiling, and ready to offer any description of the dishes. The wine recommendation was excellent, and the dessert was superb! The price was fair considering the quality of the products. They even accepted our beagle.

02/07/2025: Amazing spot! The owners are wonderful. This is the best spot to come for delicious food and great cocktails. And it hits the spot if you are craving an American burger and the BEST chicken wings. The restaurant is small and I recommend reservations.

13/11/2025: A pleasant discovery! I'd heard about this place and finally decided to try it, piqued by curiosity. Small but very welcoming, where you can relax and read a book! I tried a very good and unique poke. Fast service and affordable prices. It's a shame the bistro is a bit hidden, but I'd definitely go back!

12/11/2025: Special place: a bar and a bookshop, specializing in children's books, with a room for courses and meetings... To visit and return! Now there are access problems due to road reconstruction, but the uniqueness of the place is in the second entrance. Perhaps less comfortable but incredibly fascinating. Visiting the restaurant remains a priority if you pass through these parts. A plus is the service: the friendliness and affability of the owner are a plus that transforms every visit into an enchanting adventure. Update: road and access finally fixed, it is confirmed as a true oasis for a restaurant for the soul and... also the stomach... highly recommended.

08/11/2025: We ordered two sandwiches. One vegetarian and one with lampredotto. Both were delicious, and we waited less than ten minutes for them. Recommended.

05/11/2025: Being in Lucca for several days, for my daughter wedding. Looking for the best lampredotto sandwich available, unfortunately not available at Fiaschetto, because they were out for the day, and preparing antipasti for a... wedding the next day! Fortunately for me, the same weeding that we were! :D Sooo, they brought me one lampredotto at the wedding! Excellent taste, excellent service level, I would warmly recommend Fiaschetto
