Impeccable food, impeccable service, and a chef who delights you with traditional dishes revisited with great care (Chef: Matteo Lorenzini, best young chef in 2015). A Michelin star reconfirmed since 2007, and that says it all! I'll leave the wine selection for last, which at Antinori cannot be overlooked; it's dreamy!

This was a very memorable experience at the michelin starred restaurant, excellent wine paired beautifully with amazing food. After our lunch, we also had the honour of seeing the wine cellar and the church, with a bit of history introduction from our waiter. Sitting outside among toscan wine yards was magical. For every lover of the Antinori wines - this is a must!

I dined at Osteria di Passignano in September 2025, and it was a magical evening. The atmosphere amidst the vineyards and the abbey is truly unique.
The service was impeccable: attentive, precise, and made me feel at ease. Special praise goes to the sommelier for his exceptional wine pairing, which elevated every single dish.

The Osteria di Passignano was a fantastic surprise. Imagine hungry travelers on the Via Francigena at the end of the day. You enter this ancient medieval building near a monastery and you're already feeling peckish. The service, food, and atmosphere are impeccable. For a restaurant of this caliber, the price is excellent.

I've had sublime experiences over the years at this place, and it holds many fond memories. But since Chef Matteo Lorenzini took over the kitchen, the level of cuisine has been so high, it's worth the trip... even from far away. Kudos to the dining room, which could inspire many! In short... hats off!
I can't wait to return!
