Here I had an experience I no longer hoped to find outside of Japan.
The staff is all Japanese, and the service is professional.
The menu doesn't just feature the usual fare, but Japanese specialties with exquisite, authentic flavors, not adapted to Western tastes.
Cuore was the only Japanese restaurant where I was reluctant to leave, wanting to prolong the experience.

I have been there several times, high quality but sometimes a shortage of products, even the last time I was there many raw materials were missing from the menu and for a restaurant of a certain level I find it hard to accept

It's a very authentic restaurant, the dishes are all delicious. The service is very attentive and respects traditional Japanese methods. All in all, it was a perfect experience. I highly recommend it 💗

Absolutely amazing! The staff is attentive and knowledgable about every course. The food is fresh and authentic. Highly recommend for Japanese food and fresh seafood lovers! Online reservations are definitely recommended.

Having only visited Japan and Florence, I can’t say if this is the best Japanese restaurant in Florence, but I would be surprised to learn of a more authentic one in Florence. The food was very good, and the service was excellent (far more attentive than most restaurants I’ve patronized in Japan). The food seemed pricey given the portion sizes; though I have no real basis for price comparison in Florence. Most importantly, the rice was well cooked. I appreciate the served rice being grown in Italy. Serving additional rice varieties from Japan could elevate the experience.

Courteous and prompt service. The Japanese staff are courteous and courteous, and offer all the formality and courtesy expected of a traditional, well-established restaurant in Florence.

I never expected to find such authentic and delicious Japanese food in Florence! The restaurant was comfortable and clean, and the waiters were incredibly friendly, bowing slightly each time they served the food! All the seasonings were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were super fresh and tender. The fried chicken was excellent, and all the sashimi was fantastic. Although it was Sunday, and the transportation was difficult and I was late, the delicious food made it all worthwhile.

This is a great authentic Japanese restaurant. All the food was delicious, especially the kakuni udon and the miso soup (the broth and pork served along with the udon were incredible).
The staff was also fantastic. They took the time to explain each of the plates to us and even chat for a bit.
The meal was so good we were hoping to go for one more dinner before we left Florence, but we ran out of time. Hopefully we’ll be able to return someday!

The freshest and best raw fish you can eat in Florence, perfect service, and a very comfortable atmosphere. My girlfriend and I are regulars and we're never disappointed.
We can't wait to return for our next dinner!
