We come annually from the USA to eat here. Over the last 6 years (starting at the old location) and it’s never a disappointment.

Without a doubt, one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Every visit is an impeccable experience in every way: from the elegant and welcoming atmosphere, to the attentive and meticulous service, to the food, which never ceases to amaze. Each dish is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, making you pause for a moment, close your eyes, and focus on every nuance of flavor. An experience that goes beyond simple dining: a true sensory journey. Absolutely worth trying at least once.

A wonderful experience in an exceptional setting, both natural and structural. An evening spent enjoying the exceptional quality of the menu and the exceptional competence and courtesy of the staff. The chef, who moved from table to table with kindness and attentiveness, concluded with a wonderful tour of the wine cellar.

An unforgettable birthday evening. We were lucky enough to dine there on my birthday in August 2025, enjoying a romantic dinner for two with wine pairing, a cheese selection and the chef’s pigeon. We are used to one-star restaurants, but Arnolfo was our first two-star experience, and what a fabulous one it was. From the gardens at the restaurant entrance, through the décor, the open kitchen overlooking the dining room, to the panoramic view of the Tuscan village of Colle Val d’Elsa, everything was magnificent. The dining room is spacious, and the ambience is perfect. The service was impeccable; the wine pairings were delicate, thoughtful, and perfectly matched to the flavours and expectations one has of this sort of establishment. The cheese platter was a wonderful experience, featuring unique selections with tastes and flavours you won’t find anywhere else. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better dinner to celebrate my birthday. Here, we’re not just talking about a meal, but rather a once-in-a-lifetime culinary and gastronomic experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location, the kindness of the staff and above all by the well-presented and tasty dishes.

Simply perfect. Beautifully executed cuisine and a warm yet highly professional welcome make every visit a memorable one.

Four friends celebrated three of our birthdays. The setting was beautiful, the dishes were top-notch, and the service was impeccable, though a little less "stiff" than other Michelin-starred restaurants (a positive note!). The only flaw was that the chef didn't come out to say hello, as is usually the case in restaurants of this caliber.
