A welcoming and familiar place, you are welcomed by the owner with a kind and passionate manner. The menu is varied and makes you want to order everything on paper, you can perceive the passion and uniqueness of the dishes made available to the customer. I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely return.

Best food in Florence. The restaurant has a very simple rustic design creating a feeling of eating in the friend’s kitchen. The owner and the chef is brimming with joy and pride for its creations. We went to dozens of restaurants in Florence over the course of fifteen years, but this one is the best

Dining in this restaurant was truly a beautiful experience, Gabriele, the owner, very kind, very competent and attentive to the details of his exceptional dishes. He conveys his passion for his place right from the first greeting and it is something that is greatly appreciated. Super recommended!!

Simply extraordinary, Very competent friendly owner is available. We had a company dinner and he treated us very well. Wonderful Cappellacci Fiorentina like you can't find anymore. Go there only if you know something about cooking because it's worth the visit

Not one of many but "The restaurant with 10 and praise", difficult to find a place like this in Florence, refined and comfortable environment, impeccable service, EXCELLENT quality and presentation of the dishes! An unforgettable dinner from starter to dessert, the bill... more than fair! Gabriele you are number 1. We had a wonderful evening, we hope to be able to return soon.

Conosciuto grazie ad una cara amica. Un menù sorprendente, qualità incredibile, piatti fantastici. Lasciatevi consigliare. Pollo in tempura consigliatissimo. Bello anche il locale in una delle strade più cool del mondo. Partite con l'antipasto e finite assolutamente con un dolce. Ritorno sicuramente !

B.O.r.G.O. is a fantastic little restaurant that continues to serve up innovative but very homey meals. Gabriel is friendly, warm and creates a great ambience. We highly recommend this small restaurant and will be returning again!

We had been to B.O.r.G.O five years ago during our last trip to Italy, and were so pleased to find the restaurant survived COVID. It again topped our restaurant list during this most recent visit to Florence...eating their multiple times! B.O.r.G.O is a small, friendly, local, farm-to-table inspired restaurant. The Chef both hosts and helps prepare the meals, and is a delight. The menu is an ingenious blend of unique and comforting dishes, differentiating itself from the more common Italian cuisine found in most of Florence's restaurants. Thanks Chef for the special memories!

10/03/2024: Excellent dinner, my partner and I booked for a Saturday evening. The place looks inviting and intimate with few seats but for this reason also intimate. You can choose the à la carte menu or have a tasting menu (if seated before 9.30pm) which we highly recommend! All courses were refined, curated and specifically designed to create a mix of flavors perfectly married to each other and a sensorial experience for the diner. The service is attentive, my partner was pregnant at the time of dinner and they paid attention to everything, we have a small dog and they even set up the table for us with a bowl of water ready. The waiters are very kind but never intrusive. Highly recommended for a special dinner!!!
09/03/2024: We had a great time at the restaurant. Perfect welcome with a waiter who spoke French very well and who knew how to put us at ease from the start. Excellent cuisine in a warm and chic atmosphere. What else do you want ? We will come back with pleasure during our next stay in Florence 👍

Ristorante Bistrot Lo Zero

24/03/2024: Simply excellent place, "family" managed but of the highest level. Each dish is well prepared and of incredible quality, the staff is very kind, friendly and very attentive, the place is beautiful and the menu is not a bible but a mix of not too many choices all described in detail. The portions, despite what one might expect given the name and importance of the chef, are fair, honestly we left happy, really good..
18/01/2024: From the excellent atmosphere, to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to the food. All perfect. Very refined ingredients and interesting combinations!
