A fantastic find in Pistoia. The owner, Betty, is very nice, and her husband's gelato is delicious. I loved the amarena, and can't wait to go back. The pistachio, pineapple, basil, and lime are also excellent. Well done! 😊

Tiny ice cream shop in the historic center of Pistoia. 100% artisanal. A few flavors, but very unique and with sophisticated combinations. Delicious, top-quality ice cream. Worth it!

Hands down best gelato I had in the whole time in Italy. So many vegan flavours. Pistachio highly recommend and amazing staff. Would come to Pistoia again just for this!

Delicious gelato, not overly sweet! Made fresh and several vegan options! My daughter enjoyed the lemon and I enjoyed the Rose and the Dark Chocolate flavors! The service was very kind!

01/05/2026: On May 1st I was the first to taste the special of the month (finally with fish) I can only say that it pleasantly surprised me with well-balanced ingredients and delicate flavours, a note of absolute merit for the homemade dessert, compliments to Mrs. Jack 😁 regarding the special I will have to come back before the month ends to eat it again
