04/04/2026: We ordered three types of pasta to go, including a gluten-free one, and were truly satisfied. Even though the restaurant isn't AIC certified, they were very attentive, and the price of the gluten-free pasta was the same as the regular one, with no surcharge. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the price was absolutely fair and not excessive. The pasta was really good, well-seasoned, and most importantly, still warm when we picked it up. Great experience, we'll definitely be back!

12/11/2025: I bought pasta with sardines, practically without sardines, really bland, and sardine meatballs. They delivered it to my home address and I paid €15 by POS without the receipt details with the prices.

09/11/2025: Terrible experience, from the service to the food. My children's cutlet was served completely raw and thick, and was left untouched on the plate. They didn't even ask why it was left or what was wrong, and obviously they paid for it in full on the bill! I won't add anything else except that we'll never return.

17/06/2025: Family-run restaurant located in Palermo. Pleasant welcome and service. The food, however, is very simple and more like something your grandmother would make. For a restaurant, more elaborate dishes would be appreciated. If you're looking for a quick and traditional meal, you can go to this establishment, but don't expect an explosion of flavors. Don't try the Spritz; Aperol and beer don't necessarily mix well 😅

Let Hillary's friendliness and the kindness of the Cuma staff guide you for healthy lunches bursting with flavor and creativity! I recommend all the options for breakfast, after 9:00 a.m., and for post-workout snacks! Chef Giovanni puts care and attention into every detail of the menu, making it light yet delicious year-round, always focusing on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it!

07/10/2025: Panificio Rizzo is truly an exceptional discovery! As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly baked and with an authentic, time-honored flavor. The desserts are also excellent: the brioches are soft and fragrant, and the focaccia is simply spectacular. You can tell they use quality ingredients and are passionate about what they do. The staff is friendly, the environment clean, and the attention to detail is top-notch. Every time I stop by, I can't leave empty-handed! Highly recommended for those who love authentic artisanal bread and authentic flavors.

10/08/2025: It's horrifying to walk into a place where food is sold and see flies fluttering and landing on the food without any of the staff doing anything. I think everyone, from the owners to the staff, should take a serious course in food hygiene. Everything else is secondary.

14/11/2025: Historic bar with a workshop. Excellent coffee, desserts, and deli food. The baked calzone is a must.

02/01/2026: We'll always be curious (or not, to be honest) to know what it's like to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant. In fact, despite having booked a table days ago and having set off at a brisk pace given the distance to the restaurant, we were almost halfway there when we received an email informing us that our reservation had been canceled. The reason? No explanation. Reasons? Even if there were any, we were given no way to know. Terrible behavior, and therefore the restaurant in question will never see us again, not even with binoculars.

28/12/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, ideal for any event. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. The dishes were truly excellent: fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor.

30/12/2025: A cozy street-facing veranda. They'll let you finish your lunch even if they're closing, and you can leave your empty plates on the table, which will be picked up in the afternoon. No rush!

02/01/2026: We had lunch here during the 'Dolcemente Castelbuono' event and the experience was one to forget. After an interminable hour and a half wait for two starters, we were served extremely low-quality food. The vegetarian appetizer was unpresentable (an inedible mushroom timbale and four disjointed vegetables), but the first courses were the final straw: one was overcooked to the point of mush and the other was practically raw and crunchy in the mouth. Paying €50 for two pasta dishes, an appetizer, water, and a Coke is a rip-off for this kind of quality. The lack of staff and total confusion in the kitchen are evident; in these cases, it would be more honest not to accept new tables rather than 'raise money' at the expense of customers. Never again, highly discouraged.

28/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday with my family. The owners Lorenzo and Giuseppe are always very kind, and the food was excellent, using local Madonie products. We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.

13/12/2025: Best aperitif option around! Generous, varied, and delicious portions! Excellent bruschetta and sandwiches. And the cocktails are truly delicious! The staff is always friendly! I go there often! I highly recommend it!

14/10/2025: I had the pinsa but the dough left a lot to be desired, like the pistachio cream, which was quite industrial and hid the flavours.

15/02/2026: Excellent agriturismo. We ate various dishes, many of which featured artichokes, typical of the period and the area. Recommended.

27/01/2026: Everything was really good, this is my second time here, and I have to say the food is excellent, both for appetizers and main courses. The gluten-free option is also excellent. The pizza is still a must-try.
