We stopped by Castlebuono, Sicily as a day trip and discovered this wonderful restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere, service, and food were all very good. If ever back in this village we will definitely eat here again.

Excellent service, fast and professional; the appetizers were fantastic. We ordered the first courses: wild boar ragù, with fresh fava beans and guanciale, and with mushrooms. Those who ordered the fava beans said it was very good, as was the fresh pasta with mushrooms. The woman who ordered the first course with wild boar was disappointed. In any case, the quality/price ratio is good, so it's still recommended.

I went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday with my family. The owners Lorenzo and Giuseppe are always very kind, and the food was excellent, using local Madonie products. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent selection of fresh mushrooms, including porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, and a few pioppino mushrooms. Friendly staff, comfortable spaces, even for those with children. Highly recommended.

Atelier Gastronomico Del Pesce

04/04/2026: We ordered three types of pasta to go, including a gluten-free one, and were truly satisfied. Even though the restaurant isn't AIC certified, they were very attentive, and the price of the gluten-free pasta was the same as the regular one, with no surcharge. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the price was absolutely fair and not excessive. The pasta was really good, well-seasoned, and most importantly, still warm when we picked it up. Great experience, we'll definitely be back!
