Palermo, July 17, 2026. I'd like to emphasize the outward journey and make a preliminary comment before reviewing the food. The heat was stifling both inside and outside the restaurant. Impatient customers and employees were dripping with sweat. The air conditioning, while aesthetically impressive, was actually poorly functioning and failed to ensure the well-being of both the workers and the customers, who, unlike them, had no choice but to leave. The labor inspector was also absent due to the heat. As for the food, everything was excellent: the seafood salad was well-made, the mixed fried fish was dry and crispy. The spleen sandwich and croquette sandwich were masterfully crafted. Service was fast and efficient.

You can find all kinds of dishes, great for takeout or dine-in. Prices are reasonable and the quality is good.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because I used to come here often a year ago. The quality/price ratio is very good. The last time, the service was quite slow. I hope it was an isolated incident. In any case, it's a go-to place for those returning from the beach and looking for ready-made food to take home.

Sundays are often a relaxing day, and I treat myself to a ready-made meal to eat at home. I often order the eggplant-wrapped fettucce, delicious! The baked pasta is also worth a try. I recommend it because the selection is vast and the quality is excellent. The staff is friendly; despite the chaos we create, they manage everything calmly and efficiently!
