09/08/2024: I have been a customer for a long time, I have always had the familiar "Perez" pizza and I have always enjoyed it.
Lately I've had the exact same pizza again, excellent seasoning but horrible, very hard, wood-like dough.
After this I will never get pizza from them again.

13/11/2023: A Palermo con una coppia di amici abbiamo cenato 2 sere in questa osteria dove cucina e gentilezza si sommano con ottimo risultato. Piatti buonissimi, consigliati dal proprietario che è stato di una gentilezza squisita. La prima sera ci ha addirittura offerto caffè e amaro. Anche il ragazzo che ci ha serviti è stato cortese e attento. Consiglio di provare questo locale per assaggiare i piatti tipici palermitani.

Pizza gommosa. L'impasto della mia pizza purtroppo era crudo.
C'era un acquazzone di salsa di pomodoro e mozzarella.

31/08/2024: The food has been one of the weakest on our trip to Sicily. The pasta came with little sauce, and the variety of street food was bordering on bland. Nothing to highlight. The only nice thing is the place, but you don't have to eat to see it. I didn't like the lung and spleen sandwich at all... but that may depend on taste. Ah! Service €3 per person! Something excessive I think
30/08/2024: Joseph, the waiter was very offended by the fact that I did not speak fluent Italian. He therefore dismissed any type of reasonable level of service (ie. no bread plate, no oil, no pepper, no napkin). Additionally, he then proceeded to never check back as to whether or not I had any questions or needed another glass of wine. Thus, I left halfway through the meal, paying my share, and would recommend that future patrons beware.
Ironically, I had dinner there three nights before and the service was quite good.

31/07/2024: You can close. The worst granita I've ever eaten... it was ice and therefore it can't be called granita, it also had a terrible taste and at 8 in the morning the typical Sicilian brioche with tuppo didn't even exist (maybe they don't know it)... super NOT RECOMMENDED
31/07/2024: Granita is a famous food in Sicily. On the other hand, crushed ice and coloring rubbish are not called granita and therefore it would be appropriate when someone asks for a granita to reply that you don't have granita but crushed ice with coloring rubbish... Never to see each other again NOT RECOMMENDED

16/06/2024: La sensazione che uno riceve è di essere un ospite sgradito. Ci siamo fermati per colazione, ma decisamente la ragazza al banco è fuori posto. Non un buongiorno, un sorriso, un commento simpatico ad una famiglia con bambini. Lento il sevizio, ed in generale sgraziato. Un vero peccato. Le brioches erano ragionevolmente buone. Il cappuccino mal preparato, ed in parte versato, ancora senza commenti, sul piattino.

18/08/2024: We draw a veil over this service as over most of the services in Palermo.
We order two appetizers and two second courses of meat. The starters arrived after 40 minutes, they forgot that we also ordered two second courses which in fact arrived after another 40 minutes and to make matters worse the meat was half raw.

Ogni piatto dall'antipasto alla frutta era perfettamente curato oltre che veramente buonissimo. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti più che soddisfatti non risparmiando i complimenti.
