For lunch, I ordered a bowl with quinoa, carrots, beets, edamame, and tofu (vegan) for a change. I put the bowl together myself. I like the concept of ordering and assembling everything digitally.

On October 6th, we stopped at Cuma for a quick break after my graduation and were served by the very kind Denise, who, noticing this detail, surprised us with a very welcome little surprise. Besides the lovely location and the delicious food, we loved Denise's attentive and friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

A few days ago I had breakfast here. It's a beautiful place full of plants that give it a truly peaceful feel. The vegan chocolate and berry cake was delicious. Denise was so kind and showed us the various desserts on display. I'll definitely be back for lunch.

After attending for more than three years, I can only recommend it for the authenticity of the food, carefully chosen and well prepared by Maestro Giovanni, a first-rate Chef; as it was for me, once you know it you never leave it, the atmosphere and the area are excellent, right in the center of the two major theaters in Palermo. 08/04/2026: I was put off by the very mixed reviews, but we came anyway, and now I understand the comments: At first glance, the place seems like someone put a lot of thought into it, thanks to the unique names of the pizzas and the decor. In reality, though, the operation is rather half-hearted, and the staff seem more preoccupied with themselves. It's not very clean, a lot of things are broken, and the service isn't exactly attentive. I can imagine you could have really bad luck here. But whatever. The view is great, and the pizza was actually better than expected—quite good, in fact. The fact that the pizza maker himself barely speaks Italian and only recently immigrated almost makes you feel at home. Be warned: there's absolutely no shade, so this place is only for sunset and later.

21/03/2026: Decent place, not bad location, shame about the pizzas 🍕🍕 because the leavening isn't convincing. The pizzas are too soft without crispiness, some burned underneath. The dough 🍝 is good but should be less salty. This is just a constructive criticism because sometimes it's better to spend a little more but at least find quality.
15/03/2026: I've been going to Torquemada for many years and have always had a great time, even celebrating a few events. The pizza is delicious, and all the dishes are excellent. The staff is very professional and polite, and the atmosphere is quite clean and well-kept.
