09/08/2024: a few days ago we had dinner at the cantastorie restaurant in Palermo to eat fresh but on some dishes they put the price of the fish well for me a sea bass cost us 60 euros it seems absurd to me that the catch of the day could be 60 euros per kg. I recommend setting prices the customer must know the price before ordering

14/07/2024: Gli antipasti sono stati di media qualità, i primi ancora meno ma i secondi immangiabili. Il pranzo è finito senza un caffè, pecca non giustificabile. Lo consiglio solo se si ha tanta fame e se si vuole mangiare con poca qualità del cibo.

21/09/2023: We found this local spot close to our hotel and was greeted by friendly faces. We felt like this was a place the locals came to hang out and have a bite to eat at good prices. We all shared 2 paninis, and some fries and some cold beer served in glasses. The food was just right and we came away happy. Great local spot to grab I bite to eat.

14/09/2023: We had breakfast here every morning during our stay in Palermo, it was just great. Delicious food and delicious coffee at unbeatable prices. Particularly worthy of mention are the extremely hospitable owners and their friendly staff. We would come back here at any time. Simply GREAT!

Siamo una decina di amici un sabato sera, prezzi altissimi per cibo di qualità appena sufficiente, bruschette coi Ricci pietose, scondite e amare, idem la pasta , un piatto di pasta aglio e olio avrebbe avuto un sapore migliore, soute’ di crostacei dove le vongole avevano un cattivo sapore e quindi lasciato intonso, neanche un arrotondamento sul conto visto i piatti pieni che tornavano indietro. Sconsigliato

26/07/2024: I went to this place to have an aperitif, the price was above average and excessive, as there were three of us, we paid 50 euros, 17 euros each...they brought us a drink and a platter...the platter was nothing special and the price was super excessive, the place not very nice...I don't think I'll go back again

04/05/2024: Ancient structure. The last time I ate in the establishment about twenty years ago.........nothing has changed.......too old, it should be renovated and modernized. Even the retro menu........in short, a pizzeria from 40 years ago. I remembered a good pizza, but everything has changed.........shame!!!!

07/08/2024: terrible service. we sat there for 30 minutes and no one helped us. we asked the waiter and he ignored us. they finally gave us a menu and then never came back to take our order. 45 minutes of wasted time. go somewhere else in Cefalù for a coffee and an ice cream

06/08/2024: The store is always full, at least there is a line in front of it. But rightly so, because it seems to me that they make the ice cream themselves and also give out huge portions (approx. 2 German scoops). So go there.

26/06/2024: Unique and relaxing environment, excellent food, you can eat sushi or Chinese, you order with a tablet and all dishes have a photo. Different all-you-can-eat menu for dinner with multiple courses, the cost also changes.

05/03/2024: I reserved tables for a birthday party. I put down a deposit and they offered to make a cake. When our group of 19 including children arrived our tables had two people finishing their meal at it. We could not sit down. Then when we were able to be seated we could not even order drinks. We waited to order drinks about 10-15minutes. It took at least that long to bring our drinks and at least 2 of the drinks were forgotten. This type of delay happened the whole night despite being told there would be enough staff to help us. Anytime someone requested anything it took at least 15 minutes to arrive even a bottle of water. They did bring out some bread when they realized the pizzas were taking long which was nice. Once the pizza arrived it tasted good. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious, I would give that 5 stars. I expected better service as this place has really good reviews and I put down a deposit and arranged for the night ahead of time. It was not an unexpected amount of people. When the bill arrived almost the whole deposit went toward the cake. This was not expected at all. Our total bill was over $300.

25/08/2024: Totally disappointed. Let's start by saying that this is a takeaway pizzeria and therefore without bathrooms, there are no appetizers not even a French fry, you eat the pizza and put the plates down, furthermore the pizza is in a small size. Goaaaaaaa

24/06/2024: I think the owner has the wrong job. If it were up to the staff I could say that the service is excellent because they are very polite and nice people. But considering that she takes the orders herself with a very poor memory, adding or removing ingredients as she pleases, I can only rate it with a 2. The jewel in the crown were the two pizzas with a very salty topping (sauce). that we politely said that we couldn't eat them by taking a white pizza and she saw fit to make us pay for them all... congratulations, we'll never see each other again.
