09/06/2025: If they hadn't been inconsistent, with social media managers (among other things, petty companies ultra-jealous of their followers who didn't re-share the food tagged by external food bloggers) who published dishes but then you went there and, punctually, for one reason or another, they couldn't make them (for example, fried pizzas...)... If they had at least kept the non-stop hamburgers, even in the afternoon... If they hadn't changed staff continuously (with people who had to re-learn everything from scratch every time)... If they had decided once and for all what they wanted to do in the evening, whether to stay open or not. They probably would have kept a loyal following of customers (who were there, and how) and would not have fueled a vicious circle of scams and poor service that undermined trust in the place... Sigh! Great potential thrown away...

16/05/2025: For me it's no! Very hard wholemeal tart, very ugly yogurt. Not to mention the price. We paid 30 euros for a horrible breakfast. Oh and not to mention the watered down coffee!!! I've never had such horrible coffee abroad.

10/05/2025: Mamiloca in Palermo serves tasty wood-fired pizzas with natural dough in a cozy, casual setting. Friendly staff and authentic flavors make it a local favorite, though waits can be long at times.

11/06/2025: It's the second time I go to Zangaloro but the experience was definitely worse than the first where we didn't wait at all despite there being a lot of people. On the contrary this time in viale Strasburgo we took two sandwiches and waited about 50 minutes, (we were also in a hurry but we waited) even though I went to ask the staff why, seeing orders made after us pass by, the answer was that the sandwiches were cooking and there was no chronological order... anyway nothing to say, the sandwiches were very good with quality ingredients and that contrary to what I read in other reviews filled me up a lot. The environment was very nice fast food style but purely Italian, we ate outside but I saw that there is also a room downstairs but I can't say what it is like. Will I go back? definitely, but I hope to find better service from the staff. Thanks

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

04/06/2025: Unfortunately, from making a few sandwich menus when he started the business, he has thrown himself into making many other things like KEBAB, POKE BOLL, ZANGA JAPANESE, ZANGALORO CARNEZZERIA AND SOON ALSO PIZZIS!!! So it is clear that the quality has dropped a lot, the more things any business does, the more normal this is, I also feel sorry for those who work there who will be enslaved and underpaid but is this all that Palermo offers? But does it really want to compete with the already much talked about Mc Donalds or Burger King?

07/06/2025: I ordered a chicken at 8:30 pm, it arrived at 10:30 pm. During these hours I called the chicken shop repeatedly who didn't even apologize for the delay, making a series of excuses one after the other. SERIOUSNESS 0. Not even 1 euro discount for the inconvenience caused to me. Shame on you.

29/06/2025: Went here because i wanted a coffee granite. I got a granite with chocolate. When i told the guy that i wanted “caffee” he said there was no more, and when i was about to walk away he put, what i thought a complementarry scoop of pistacchio on top. When i went to the counter to pay, i got charged for two flavours. And 1.5 the amount of other places near the historical centre. The patacchio tasted like nothing and the chocolate was also quite bland. Would NOT recommend

18/06/2025: Pangocciolo and cloud superlatives.. For the goodness I felt in France in a famous Parisian place for its leavened. The stuffed krapfen a little cloying, but understandable.

03/06/2025: Great experiences (all you can eat and à la carte). Fairly good fish. Tasty huramaki and not too heavy rice, also beautiful in appearance. Only flaw: not enough staff. If you get there on the wrong day, you risk waiting really long for your orders.

15/05/2025: Good evening, I want to share this terrible experience with you. I celebrated a communion on May 11th in this room and from the first moment we were not even welcomed properly, without a worthy entrance of the celebrant and then later we discovered that we were 3 communions in a single room, stacked one on top of the other, Then we go to the DJ they chose who really did not provide any entertainment or anything, he was just terrible too. We sit down and start dinner, appetizer for 6 people at a table and they bring only 1 plate of vegetables in batter and 5 rolls with spleen (and there are 6 of us at the table😂 they didn't even know how to count) Then we move on to the seafood salad definitely from the morning taken with oil and served to us. In the first courses we can't complain because they were quite good The second courses were really to be thrown away because we chose the catch of the day on the menu, the dishes arrived and we asked what fish it was and not even the waiters and not even the meter knew😂 In conclusion they all left it because it wasn't good, then we chose the oysters and found them smelly and already spoiled and they didn't even change them telling us that for them they were good. Let's move on to the dessert, we put out the candles and they divided the cake and believe me I didn't have time to finish the cake and they took the plates away from us, we saw waiters left and right who took everything away from us because we were even pissed off about this thing, then they uncorked the bottle and surprise they didn't even divide the sparkling wine because they asked us for a supplement 😂 and we told them to go to hell because we were already tired of this whole situation In the end we advise you to avoid this place, staff who don't even have the basics of this job, and terrible food.
