16/10/2025: We waited over 40 minutes for an order of simple fries, a fried food, a salad, and two pizzas—unfortunately, they were served cold. Service was virtually nonexistent. An overall disappointing experience: I would not recommend Mangia's to anyone looking for even a modicum of quality and attention to their guests.

28/09/2025: Not enough staff, waited 1 hour for pizza. No chance to order second beverage, two people serving 60 people and very slow. Pizza was good though.

06/11/2025: I've stopped at this café a few times because I've been invited for a coffee. I've never seen the lady—I think the owner—laugh. I've also noticed that everything sweet is almost 70% sugar, which means I find things too sweet. So much so that today, after ordering a raisin brioche, I couldn't taste anything other than the sugar. As for the whole deli, I find it decent. However, I found the guy at the counter to be very, very polite.

27/08/2025: Pastry shop, bar, and ice cream parlor. Everything is excellent and fresh. Cakes for all our requests, depending on the occasion. Family-run, they guarantee the utmost attention to their customers. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: The pizza looked frozen in my opinion; I left practically all of it on the plate. I think they should put some effort into it, because I didn't see any effort in that pizza at all. It tasted like pasta sauce, and that was it. It was also very salty. I didn't like it at all.

24/12/2025: Warmly welcomed with the promise of two glasses of wine and two limoncellos to finish the meal, we sat down and browsed the varied menu. We chose two Sicilian caponata appetizers and two spicy grilled sausages. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it...the caponata was priced at €6 per portion, and the sausages were €10 per portion. Enchanted by the host's friendliness, we paid the €46 bill without, alas, checking the receipt, which, to my great regret, revealed today that the caponata had been charged €10 per portion instead of its listed price...I felt cheated. The only consolation was that the wine, which they claimed was offered to entice us into sitting at their restaurant, was actually €4 per glass! Too bad...that's not how it's done!!

29/01/2026: Stunning location! The lady who handles reception is very arrogant, presumptuous, and haughty, and I have other words to describe her terrible hospitality, but I'll stop there! P.S. It's absurd that the dog is allowed to roam freely in the dining room!

The staff stands out for their exceptional expertise and their constant, warm assistance, making all guests feel welcomed and professionally supported. The food is delicious and commendable, perfectly complementing the villa's refined atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Valeria, whose presence was essential: she guided every phase of the event with discretion and attention, offering constant but never intrusive supervision. Her care truly made the difference.

27/10/2025: I had a completely negative experience with the treatment I received from staff when I filed a complaint about a defective product. I purchased a milk frother, which I was only able to use a few times because, on the second charge—or should I say, charging attempt—the USB plug housing broke and retracted into the product. In the case related to my case, the salesperson, after trying to pin the blame on me, falsely stated, instead of what I had explained, that the product had been damaged by a fall. This was false because I had never dropped the product. In fact, while the salesperson was handling it, looking for any possible defects attributable to me, the whisk fell to the floor! Therefore, any internal damage could now be the result of the fall she caused! I have contacted customer service several times, and they claim their hands are tied, given the salesperson's statements. Obviously, such damage cannot be covered by any warranty! Therefore, I can only give a negative opinion on the correctness and honesty of the sales assistant, who I understand was trained to do the best for the company and certainly not for me, but making false statements is unacceptable and reprehensible!!!

06/04/2026: I've been buying sweet biscuits and cakes for about 3 years. I've never been disappointed; everything is good and fresh. Everyone is kind and courteous.
