16/04/2025: We were a group of motorcyclists who crossed the whole of Sicily on dirt roads. Giacomino had to be closed at that time, but he didn't forget the rules of hospitality, feeding us all. I remember eating: mixed grill of meat, spinach, mushrooms and bread. I ate very well, as if I were at home. Genuine quality stuff... ✌🏻

17/08/2025: I rarely write reviews, but this time I was truly disappointed. We were a group of six seated at the back of the room. Let's start with the fact that from the moment we sat down, we had to wait at least half an hour to order, after multiple requests. The waiters were inappropriately and unnecessarily sarcastic; in fact, while we were ordering, they would suddenly wander off to other tables to chat with other diners (something that happened again later in the evening). The appetizer was delivered on time, although one of the diners never received his drink. The pizza arrived after over an hour, after having harassed the waiters, and it was beyond mediocre: burnt edges, substandard ingredients, and some were even raw! Shortly after we finished our pizzas, a very rude waiter asked us to leave, not considering that one person was still eating (without even asking if we wanted dessert). When it came time to pay, they gave us a hard time because we didn't have change. The bathroom was dirty and lacked functioning doors and toilet paper. To recap: there are a thousand better places than these in Palermo, especially with better service.

14/08/2025: I'd give it less than zero, but that's not possible. This isn't a lido, it's a public beach where some unprofessional kids charge you €20 for a dilapidated umbrella and two battered lounge chairs. Showers cost 50 cents each (they last 30 seconds), and the nonexistent bar relies on a bar that makes coffee pods and sells two-day-old croissants. The beach is dirty, and the sea water is full of sanitary towels. You risk contracting the worst diseases. After an hour, my family and I changed places.

28/06/2025: Intrigued by the positive reviews, we stopped for breakfast, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The croissant and cappuccino arrived separately and with a long wait, the cappuccino without sugar and after 10 minutes we had to get up to get it ourselves. In total, almost 30 minutes for a simple breakfast. A single waitress managed both the bar and the B&B, served the tables and washed the dishes: understandable, but the service suffers greatly. Finally, the POS was out of order and payment was only in cash, without notice.

17/08/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I, residents of Veneto, searched online for a Sicilian restaurant with clear seafood culinary traditions. In fact, amidst an endless sea of offers and reviews online, we decided to trust in "lady luck," seeing our chosen restaurant for the first time only on the day of our celebration. 🤞 Therefore, without prejudice or influence from reviews posted by cybernauts, last night we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Costa Corsara, located at Viale Marino, 29 – Isola delle Femmine, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail, a location with a maritime flavor and aroma that alone is worth the evening. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making us feel pampered from start to finish. We chose a seafood dinner, and every course was a true delight: incredibly fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and perfectly cooked and presented second courses. All accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the waiter, which proved to be a perfect choice. The anniversary cake was carefully presented and complemented by themed details, thus helping to make our evening even more special. A truly captivating gastronomic experience: impeccable quality, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic seafood cuisine and a warm welcome. 15/08/2025: Once is enough to say never again. Quality and price don't go hand in hand. Nothing exceptional for a place where authentic food should be the order of the day. The appetizers were bland and sad, and it's best not to comment on the first course. The pasta was so al dente you could have left it there. The trio of roasts was perhaps passable. Watermelon and a dessert rounded out the meal in every way! The inexperienced staff did their best to be proactive. We have raw materials where imagination could easily run wild and leave the customer satisfied. I wouldn't recommend this place.

10/07/2025: To be honest, I expected something more....we used to go here once with my grandparents for the fresh fish that you could find here and elsewhere.... Sadly, it's no longer the same....the cleanliness and politeness of the staff has remained the same....but I would like to rediscover those flavours of the past.

27/05/2025: A questionable pizza. Huge crust so the pizza became half of a normal pizza; very unseasoned, I took a Roman one and it didn't even reach a slice of ham on the whole pizza, also a small amount of mozzarella. Cooking good in some places in others half raw. Poor. Friendly staff. (Pizza taken with the "Aperipizza" option, I don't know if there is more care in the à la carte menu)
