Family-run restaurant located in Palermo. Pleasant welcome and service. The food, however, is very simple and more like something your grandmother would make. For a restaurant, more elaborate dishes would be appreciated. If you're looking for a quick and traditional meal, you can go to this establishment, but don't expect an explosion of flavors. Don't try the Spritz; Aperol and beer don't necessarily mix well 😅

Let Hillary's friendliness and the kindness of the Cuma staff guide you for healthy lunches bursting with flavor and creativity! I recommend all the options for breakfast, after 9:00 a.m., and for post-workout snacks! Chef Giovanni puts care and attention into every detail of the menu, making it light yet delicious year-round, always focusing on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it!

13/04/2026: Good meal, even better breakfast and very friendly waiters.
05/04/2026: Superb quality-price ice cream shop. The ice cream was delicious, and the guy who served us was great. Salvatore was small, but very kind. Out of three days in Palermo, two evenings were a must for ice cream at the Bar Gelateria del Mare. Thank you so much, until next time in Palermo.
