21/08/2024: Amazing food!! Must visit spot for gluten free food in Palermo. I got an arancino and a sfincionello, the portion sizes were very big. My friend (who does not have to eat gluten free) got a sandwich and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend visiting for lunch!

10/08/2024: Overall a pleasant experience. The only flaw is the small quantity of octopus in the appetizer. Attentive service. A piece of advice to the owner: learning a few words in English, even just the names of the ingredients, would help her a lot.

09/08/2024: We had such a lovely experience in Ristorante Sesto Canto in Palermo that we went back a second time during our three day stay in Palermo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food - presentation, quality, value and taste - was superb. We met a Sicilian American couple who travel to Palermo every year and make a point of dining in this restaurant twice each time. They told us they had never been disappointed. We can't recommend it strongly enough.

09/08/2024: A very nice restaurant in Palermo, on the edge of a street full of noise and crowds. The service is cordial and not overbearing. The ladies were very nice and when they saw us fanning ourselves with a napkin, they brought a fan. Pizza and gnocchi very good!

11/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop as well as the rotisserie and ice cream shop. Every time I return to Isola Valentina it is a certainty that it also accompanies me on the return journey with its fantastic arancini! If you're passing through, stop by and visit them, you won't be disappointed!

09/08/2024: The Bar Valentina has been my point of reference for years. In this place I feel at home ❤️ the courtesy and education of the staff is something rare like their delicacies. Amazing breakfast. Excellent rotisserie. Top aperitif. Those who visit Isola delle Female must be the Bar Valentina. a mandatory step

06/08/2024: Great place to eat vegan. Apparently simple but well-studied and tasty dishes. Friendly staff. The only flaw is the fairly high price, but for a special dinner once in a while it's fine.

04/08/2024: This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. We came from Paris to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday in Palermo. We ordered food and two birthday cakes which were delivered to the boat directly by the owner. Everything was amazing! The service, the food, the kindness of the owners, everything! Everything was done with great care. The strawberry cake was delicious!. I would also like to point out that for such quality of service the price remained very affordable. I highly recommend this place and hope to have the chance to return.

07/08/2024: Good food and excellent cocktails at absolutely fair prices... but above all wonderful company: the staff is really kind but without formalism, the customers are multi-ethnic (a real tower of Babel). A place to make new friends. In the heart of the historic center of Palermo. Absolutely worth trying, a reservation is recommended to avoid not finding a seat.

02/09/2024: Celebrated my birthday in this wonderful place. The atmosphere of the terrace overlooking the sea is splendid but it makes you regret not having dinner inside which, with the remains of the ancient baths, is an enchanting place. Dinner with innovative and exquisite flavours. I hope to return in the not too distant future.

27/07/2024: I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I want to write a few words. I ordered myself a Ringaraja sandwich, bravas chips and a lager. Excellent beer, but the food…fantastic. Truly amazing sandwich and sensational chips. A pleasure, really good, good and again countless times BRAVI!

13/07/2024: Good beer and excellent sandwiches. Unfortunately, the gallery is often frequented by criminals. They have no connection with the brewery, but they have a negative impact on the atmosphere that the place offers. Recommended for a relaxing evening with friends and beer.

20/08/2024: We are from Brazil and as we are used to eating great meat, we looked for a restaurant that served cuts we like and found Madreselva! What a great experience we had!!! The food was sensational, all the starters, cuts and side dishes we ordered were excellent!!! And the best of all was the service from the waiter Ricardo (same name as mine!), he was extremely attentive and tried very hard to answer all our questions in Portuguese, English and Spanish! If all the restaurants we visited in Italy had people as attentive and willing to help as Ricardo, it would be the perfect world!!! I just have to thank you a thousand times!!! Thank you, thank you and thank you!

12/08/2024: Super positive experience, from the excellent appetizers, to the meat (we took both fillet and angus) to the delicious desserts, I also found the Argentine beer really pleasant, the friendly and professional service, the environment is pleasant even if it could be improved, the cost higher than the average but not by much. Keep it up!!

16/08/2024: We shared a dinner with friends on the evening of August 15th. A place found a bit by chance, trusting the reviews. I must say, never have reviews been more truthful. We ate very well, there were four of us and we had both pizza and some first courses and starters as well we ended on a sweet note with some delicious desserts made by the local pastry chef. I must say the bill was quite in line with what we got. Well done, congratulations to all the staff.
