09/05/2026: It is very unfortunate that the manager in this pub is very rude. The atmosphere is good. They show live sports and appears to be a good spot. However I cannot recommend as the manager was very arrogant and asked me to move when I was just minding my own business and there were other tables available at the time that he asked me to move.

07/06/2026: We were here on September 26th, bought two pizzas, "Funghi" and "Diavola", this is the best pizza, the guys are cool, they even gave us a bag to carry the pizza❤️😌

15/05/2026: I went with my husband last Saturday. It's a typical, well-kept English pub atmosphere, with a great selection of beers and extremely knowledgeable staff who can recommend the perfect beer for you. We also had an appetizer, sandwiches, and dessert, all excellent. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

15/05/2026: For those who love to travel and eat well, there are evenings worth an entire trip. This evening I had a special experience thanks to a fantastic chef and his team: a team that's never intrusive, truly moved by the joy of their guests. The cuisine expresses a powerful personality. In addition to tasting the best octopus of my life, I was impressed by the vast and meticulously curated selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It's haute cuisine that includes everyone, without distinction or compromise on flavor. The chef probably focuses more on pleasing his guests than on awards, but the quality of the research and the soul of this cuisine speak for themselves: I hope these dishes earn a Michelin star soon. Well-deserved.

15/05/2026: Finally, a restaurant that offers high-quality vegan cuisine while still being inclusive of omnivores and other dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free). I found everything, absolutely everything, incredibly good and authentic: from the appetizers, to the first course, to the main course, all the way to dessert. Beyond the dishes, the staff and the ambiance are also exceptional. It was a wonderful all-round experience. I'll be back!

08/05/2026: Kudos to those who prepare the food, which is tasty and authentically local. A rare find for those who want to eat vegan, with gusto. Try the tempura vegetables, the stuffed artichoke, and the vegan kebab. Excellent.

15/03/2026: Best authentic Italian vegan food in Palermo! The stuffed artichokes and the Sicilian broccoli pasta were both super delicious! It’s a really nice atmosphere. I’m glad we came here before we left as it far succeeded my high Italian food expectations (we were very disappointed with Atipico)

07/03/2026: Google says they're open at 12:30, but unfortunately, that's not the case :) Edit. The hours have changed on Google - just yesterday, they said you're open from 12:00 to (I think) 15:00.

02/03/2026: Great place, very clean and comfortable. The waiters were super kind and willing to accommodate my crazy diet requests. They work wonders in the kitchen! Bottom line: I couldn't stick to my diet; everything was so good. A must-try place, and I'll definitely be back.

19/05/2026: We had the most lovely meal at Il Carretto. The service was so friendly, they were helpful with the menu in explaining the dishes including the specials. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are decent. We had eggplant meatballs for starters which were so tasty. For mains I had the Spaghetti with muscles which had a great amount of muscles and a delicious flavour. We did not have room for dessert but I’d be keen to go back to see what they offer! Highly recommend this restaurant which is in a nice quiet location with beautiful views of the church tower up the alley way.

17/02/2026: I contacted Matteotti Cafè to arrange a delivery for some vegetarian guests staying at my vacation home... beyond the super fresh and delicious products (but they'd already told me about them), I found courtesy, professionalism, politeness... and punctuality! Plus, the delivery guy, Alessandro, was very polite!!!! Top service! Congratulations 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

01/03/2026: Ground beef is a real guarantee... The burgers are wonderful: top-quality meat, perfectly cooked, and carefully crafted combinations of ingredients. Every bite is a flavor bomb 🤤 I went on Wednesday, February 25th to try their new special (Porco Rosso 🐷), and then returned on Saturday the 28th because I couldn't resist until March 15th (the kids' vacation) without eating that heavenly burger again 😍 The staff is made up of loving, kind, and always smiling people, capable of making you feel welcomed right at home from the moment you arrive. I can't wait to go back ❤️

17/05/2026: Lunch on May 18, 2026, as a couple The restaurant's interior is sleek and elegant. Stone walls and beams, several rooms, a warm welcome, and attentive staff. We opted for the €75 set menu plus two à la carte courses and several glasses of wine. Overall, the cuisine at this restaurant is remarkable. Everything we ordered was delicious and exquisitely refined. This restaurant could easily earn a Michelin star in France. For this level of quality, the price (€170) is more than justified.
