It was all beyond any expectation or imagination. We thank Giuseppe with immense gratitude for guiding us, advising us and helping us organize everything according to our wishes. Always available, always present, always very kind. Without him I'm sure it wouldn't have been the same! We would like to thank all the dining room staff who carried out their work in an impeccable, discreet and courteous manner. Always present but never intrusive. A perfect team! Francesco deserves a separate mention, for his excellent ability to immediately put the couple at ease, coordinate everything perfectly and dictate the perfect timing of the evening. Thanks to everyone else who, behind the scenes, makes all this possible.

08/01/2024: We visited Cefalu for a few weeks over the holidays and this became our local spot. Francesco and Miguel are the friendliest bartenders in Sicily - always inviting and made us feel at home. Fantastic drinks and tasty food. Francesco will also put on NFL games for any out-of-town fans. Highly recommend!

03/04/2024: I was with my wife for dinner, we chose a tasting menu, all the courses were better than the other... excellent quality raw materials, refined dishes which harken back to Sicilian cuisine but with a good note of innovation, a considerable wine cellar, very kind and knowledgeable dining room staff who illustrate each course with a smile and with accuracy..... the open kitchen is wonderful where it is possible to admire the chefs while they prepare the dishes...... and what about the owner and his wife who kindly welcome you at the entrance, put you at ease and accompany you to your table...... nothing, we spent almost two hours between a dish and a glass of wine... ... the time flew by, it was truly fabulous! It goes without saying that we will be back soon, and I advise anyone who loves good, attentive cuisine not to miss this restaurant!!!

24/03/2024: Locale molto carino situato in pieno centro. Menu molto interessante con piatti tradizionali rivisitati, menzione speciale per gli gnocchi con pistacchio guanciale e burrata e per il pesce spada. Ottima anche la scelta dei vini e il servizio.

Squid ink pasta very nice Grilled seafood pasta was cooked perfectly Boiled fish was good Best meal we had during our 1 week trip in Sicily Make sure to book in advance. Dinner was completely booked out, so had to book for lunch the next day. Lunch was also packed

03/04/2024: We had a good time: both the raw and the two first courses were good, with a slight preference for the busiata with pesto and prawns. Well-kept location, attentive but not intrusive service, friendly owner. If I had to make a note, I would have liked a little more choice in the raw mix, also considering the final price.

12/03/2024: Sono tornato dopo qualche tempo in questo ristorante ubicato in un antico palazzo del centro di Palermo e confermo l'ottimo giudizio espresso in passato. Il locale è molto bello, con parti delle antiche mura a vista. Il personale gentilissimo e attento. I piatti saporiti e ottimamente presentati. Insomma, uno dei migliori ristoranti della città. Prezzo adeguato.
