03/08/2024: For a change the owner's description is spot on. The Ferro is an tasteful restaurant without the folcloristic tourist Schnickschnack. The modern Sicilian cuisine is prepared with the highest professional care and high quality fresh foods. The result is an exquisite and casually elegant dining experience.

31/07/2024: After an aperitif (from the house) I had a blast with the food! Amazing sauces with fresh herbs and flavors. Definitely come back again. Go there and try the grilled pulpo with fennel and leek. Amazing! Really nice service, felt home. Thanks!

23/08/2024: Personale annoiato che sembrava facesse un favore a portare le ordinazioni... Apericena troppo caro per quello che hanno portato (il 'tagliere' era un piattino piccolo con micro assaggi)... Per fortuna abbiamo controllato lo scontrino dopo aver pagato perché ci sembrava un prezzo eccessivo... Avevano aggiunto un gratta e vinci senza che lo avessimo mai chiesto

01/08/2024: Personale e proprietaria alla cassa scortese. I clienti sono una risorsa, portano soldi e sono la vera pubblicità. Chi esce vuole trovare personale gentile e sorridente e lo stesso per chi sta alla cassa.

05/08/2024: The food deserves the fame it has, the waiters are very WARM and the environment is really nice, recommended

01/08/2024: Parking was outside the restaurant on the street. Area outside at night looks ok and safe. I got a table immediately for 3 people. The pizza Magarita was a 9/10 The seafood 9/10 Bread 9/10 Dessert 10/10 Service 9/10 Only locals and Italians in there so glad to have this authentic experience. Plus they have chilli oil. Toilets had seats and was clean.

18/08/2024: The cuisine is excellent. Friendly and professional dining room staff; although there were 13 of us, coming from England, Azerbaijan and Turkey (therefore not easy for the staff to manage), they were super helpful and all of us were very satisfied with the choice made. Highly recommended

21/08/2024: Excellent landing place for a breakfast as soon as you land in Sicily, a stone's throw from the port. Exceptional artisanal vegan croissants, plain or with jam and chopped pistachios, and cappuccino with plant-based milk. Outdoor tables in the shade in the morning to enjoy a good breakfast al fresco. As vegans who often have difficulty finding alternatives, we have been really lucky! You can also find all the various savory and sweet Sicilian delicacies! All accompanied by the courtesy of the owner and a clean and welcoming place. For friendly 🐶

12/08/2024: Hi, I'm leaving this review because on Thursday I came to the DMV then I went to the bar and had breakfast with a nice cream croissant and I brought my mum a small iris that looked like a sweet.... Today I went to the DMV again though I saw that you were on holiday, I was disappointed both for myself and for my mother who wanted the iris. I recommend everyone to go and have breakfast, the latte is also excellent.... I'll come next week, have a good holiday

12/08/2024: Very good pizza, high prices so you expect everything to be impeccable. The place was really nice, I gave 3 stars to the environment because it is very small and also they put us at a table where there was a family with 2 children who shouted and banged cutlery on the table all the time...everyone was looking at them bad because they were really too annoying, but obviously it's the parents' fault because they didn't give a damn about their children without giving them attention or controlling them. We were practically stuck to them, we had the wheelchair at our table, the other room was empty, I would have preferred if the waiter had put us at another table in the other room, unfortunately we had already used the glasses otherwise I would ask to be moved . These are small precautions that in a place like this the staff must have towards the customer.

22/08/2024: Suffice it to say that my daughter's comment was: "the best dinner of my life". For me and her dad it's the place to celebrate every occasion, for her it was her first time in this place. Memorable every time!

18/08/2024: This magnificent glimpse appeared to me in the heart of Palermo. Let's leave aside how Palermo is dressed in terms of cleanliness and organization but there the blame lies with us tourists, the residents and the bureaucratic and political machine. But this beauty cannot be penalized.

18/08/2024: Magnificent place, very lively with several bars and restaurants nearby! There are more free walking tours in English that you can try that tour the city

14/08/2024: Fantastic food, fresh fish, welcome "like it used to be", warm and sincere; Superlative wine list, the place is welcoming and very clean. The best traditional tavern that exists at the moment (and for a while...) in Palermo. Ps: I dream about that busiata, tender meat and mussels at night!

18/08/2024: We ate twice at Tritalo, the setting is very nice in a pedestrian street. The cuisine is very good, both in the choice of pinse and the pasta. The staff is friendly, a very good address in the center of Palermo and a safe bet 👍

18/08/2024: This was our first restaurant in Palermo and what can we say, we are grateful that the waiter saw that we were very hungry after the long journey 😅 and offered us a table. The service was great from start to finish, we felt comfortable and well advised. We went back here the next evening because we knew it was good and everything was good for the price 👍the mussel soup was fresh and delicious, the fried calamari was great. We will definitely come back more often until we fly out again.

I would definitely stay here again. I thank all the staff and I highly recommend this place, especially if you have some event to celebrate.

27/07/2024: Silvio Massaro's Ambasciatori restaurant is absolutely a guarantee. It was the location for my daughter's baptism. From the first moment the owner made himself available to try to fulfill our every wish, from the organization to the choice of the menu. Furthermore, on the day of the baptism everything was perfect and impeccable from the appetizers to the dessert, but also from the arrangement of the tables and the embellishment. Even the waiters are all very kind and above all all really good at knowing how to manage everything. Of all my 40 guests there wasn't one person who was dissatisfied but I only received compliments. The Straconsiglio to celebrate your events.
