Best authentic Italian vegan food in Palermo! The stuffed artichokes and the Sicilian broccoli pasta were both super delicious! It’s a really nice atmosphere. I’m glad we came here before we left as it far succeeded my high Italian food expectations (we were very disappointed with Atipico)

It was a bit fancier than expected, but not uncomfortable-fancy. The waitress was super nice and the food was extremely delicious. I accidentally ordered pasta with broccoli which I usually don't even like but it was crazy tasty! 💚 Also the pistacchio tiramisu is an absolute must!

Vegan Excellence: An Experience for Everyone! My partner and I discovered Haiku last night, and the only word we can say is: perfect. Surprising Flavors: Everything was absolutely delicious. What struck us most was that even if you're not vegan, you eat divinely. The flavors are so balanced and delicious that they're a hit with everyone, regardless of their eating habits. Qualified Staff: The staff is highly trained and professional, able to explain each dish and put guests at ease with extreme kindness. Everything is taken care of, from the welcome to the presentation of the dishes. In short: a wonderful discovery. If you're looking for top-notch vegan cuisine that everyone can enjoy, Haiku is the place. A well-deserved 5 stars!

15/04/2026: We've been frequenting this place for years, and it's become our safe haven, both for a pizza with friends and for special occasions, like our daughters' two baptisms, which we chose to celebrate here. The place is excellent, but the food is what amazes us every time. The quality is superb: the fish is incredibly fresh, and the pizza is exceptional, unmatched anywhere else. What we love most is the menu: original creations that expertly blend simple, traditional ingredients with more sophisticated and unique elements, creating unique and never boring flavors that delight both the eye and the palate. A special thanks goes to the hostess, Patrizia: her kindness, helpfulness, and almost obsessive attention to every little detail truly make the difference. The entire staff pampers you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave; you always feel welcome, just like family. Highly recommended for a quiet dinner or to make your special days unforgettable!
13/04/2026: Very nice. We were allowed to park our camper overnight in the parking lot. The food was great with very good value for money. Good wine list.

12/04/2026: First time here after seeing their pizzas on Instagram. As a Parmigiana lover, I was captivated by the owner's presentation and his 2-point-zero version. It's simply world-class pizza! Unique and something I've never tried before. The Cerbero is incredibly delicious, with crumbled porchetta and a creamy potato base, a magical combination when you consider the caramelized onion on top. Kindness, friendliness, and speed, especially considering it was a Saturday and we arrived at 8:30 PM and left at 9:15 PM. A 10 out of 10, and we'll definitely see you soon!!! Bravo!
