Kudos to those who prepare the food, which is tasty and authentically local. A rare find for those who want to eat vegan, with gusto. Try the tempura vegetables, the stuffed artichoke, and the vegan kebab. Excellent.

Best authentic Italian vegan food in Palermo! The stuffed artichokes and the Sicilian broccoli pasta were both super delicious! It’s a really nice atmosphere. I’m glad we came here before we left as it far succeeded my high Italian food expectations (we were very disappointed with Atipico)

It was a bit fancier than expected, but not uncomfortable-fancy. The waitress was super nice and the food was extremely delicious. I accidentally ordered pasta with broccoli which I usually don't even like but it was crazy tasty! 💚 Also the pistacchio tiramisu is an absolute must!

What struck us most was that even if you're not vegan, you eat divinely. The flavors are so balanced and delicious that they're a hit with everyone, regardless of their eating habits. Qualified Staff: The staff is highly trained and professional, able to explain each dish and put guests at ease with extreme kindness. Everything is taken care of, from the welcome to the presentation of the dishes. In short: a wonderful discovery. If you're looking for top-notch vegan cuisine that everyone can enjoy, Haiku is the place. A well-deserved 5 stars!
