03/10/2025: In a fairytale village, Trattoria Sant'Anna is a real gem! Beautiful location (lunch on the veranda with a view), excellent food: from appetizers to first courses to grilled meats. Go, you won't regret it!

Starting with the venue: charming, well-kept, and with an exceptional atmosphere made even more charming by the live music in the background (never annoying, just the right volume, and featuring a truly talented duo). The young woman who served us was courteous, kind, and attentive... and always with a smile! The food was superb, everything truly exceptional and excellent value! We'll definitely return on our next trip to Palermo!

16/07/2025: What a fantastic dinner we had here! The brioche with carpaccio, the spaghetti with mussels, the risotto with Sicilian saffron and the slowly cooked Nebrodi pig. And also the surprising amuses. It was a big party! Add to this the friendly service (she once wanted to live in The Hague, but is devoted to her birthplace) and the passionate female chef. All in all, the restaurant is definitely worth a star! Come on Michelin :)

22/08/2025: Everything was perfect!!! The staff were kind and attentive, making you feel right at home. I tried the arrosticini, skewers, and sausage: everything was excellent, the meat melted in your mouth and the flavors were very distinct. If you're passing through Villabate, you can't miss them!!

12/10/2025: Fantastic fish menu—the best meal we had in Palermo and Cefalu in eight days. Today was the second time in a week we were here to eat exactly the same thing again: spada involtini, fish crudite, langoustine pasta with red gamberi, and tonno tagliata. Then we had pistachio cream with a great Marsala and a Grillo to finish the meal... it couldn't be better. Plus, the beautiful ambiance in the courtyard and the super-friendly staff... TOP!
