20/03/2026: It was a wonderful and delicious experience! Excellent quality food that pleases everyone! Vegan and non-vegan. The staff is helpful and very kind, attentive to customers and requests, even offering recommendations. The prices are average, but considering other average places don't offer this service and are sometimes rude, I give it a 10++!! I'd definitely go back.

05/03/2026: Dinner with my daughter, it was our first time there, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything: the welcoming and kind staff, the refined atmosphere, the carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious dishes. The menu offers a wide variety of options for vegans and celiacs. Lastly, the very clean restrooms are also noteworthy. Thank you. We'll be back to delight you.

04/03/2026: Patience, kindness, courtesy... a delightful place in Palermo, where you can have breakfast with good coffee, superb cakes and pastries, and a wonderful deli. I loved it from the first day I had the chance to sit outside at the tables and enjoy their delicacies. For lunch, they have wonderful first courses and sandwiches... impossible to resist!

03/03/2026: I've been going to this bar since I was very young and, honestly, I love it. The arancini are incredible; I don't think I could ever live without them. I've even introduced the place to friends and family, and everyone has been amazed by the quality of the food compared to the price. Besides the arancini and the pieces, the desserts are excellent and the staff is helpful. It's now become a go-to place during my study breaks; I highly recommend it.

Until now I never really liked panettone, but theirs completely won me over – it was delicious. They were incredibly kind and generous, letting us taste everything they had. 14/03/2026: Gelateria La Kala is a must-see in Palermo. The gelato is creamy, rich in flavor, and made with such care that you can taste it from the first bite. Their Sette Veli is truly extraordinary: balanced, indulgent, with that perfect layering that makes it unique. The staff is kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are fair for the quality offered. After reading many enthusiastic reviews, I can say I wholeheartedly agree: La Kala maintains a consistently high standard. Highly recommended, especially for those who want to try a properly made Sette Veli.

18/01/2026: It's been +/- three months since we came here, so sadly we do not remember all the details. We do remember we found this ice cream place to be above average compared to the other ones in Palermo. We came here twice; the first time I ordered pistachio, dark chocolate, and nocciola (this one my girlfriend remembers as being average, not the best flavour), and at least one of those must have been good for us to come back a second time.

09/01/2026: Hood swrvice and not bad but I dont think it deserves a 4.6. Maybe because they are nice to tourists like the people next to us but this was nothing very special.

21/02/2026: Dear Sir, I was also present that evening, and I'm taking the liberty of intervening because I witnessed the scene you describe firsthand. It's true that in the living room, some families were still spending time together after dinner, in a peaceful and convivial atmosphere, as often happens on a weekend, especially on Valentine's Day. The children were laughing and playing, perhaps a little lively, but without any intention of causing a disturbance or showing disrespect. What struck many in attendance was the manner in which the gentleman spoke, clearly agitated, raising his voice and using inappropriate language in front of families and children. His reaction seemed disproportionate to the situation, causing discomfort and fear, especially among the youngest guests. The act of throwing objects from the living room also created further tension and concern among the guests. I understand that everyone may have different noise tolerance levels, but in a facility that welcomes families, especially on a holiday evening, it's normal for the atmosphere to be more lively until a certain hour. I believe it's always possible to find solutions through dialogue and mutual respect, without resorting to reactions that risk compromising everyone's peace of mind. With this post, I simply wish to report what I saw with my own eyes, respecting the truth and the other guests present.

21/02/2026: I remember that evening well, and it's important to put our stay into context: it was a Saturday night, Valentine's Day, and right in the middle of Carnival. Regarding the "unbearable noise," the situation we and other families witnessed was quite different. We witnessed a truly horrifying and reprehensible scene: a man yelling at little girls who were simply playing in the hotel living room until they burst into tears. I believe that respect for minors and human sensitivity should come before any demand for absolute silence. As for me, I spent a wonderful weekend with my family, full of fun and carefree moments. We truly enjoyed our stay at the castle, where the kindness of the hostess, Flavia, and the excellent assistance of her staff, truly made the difference. By the way, I'd like to point out that the breakfast was superb, with baked goods made in-house. Top pizza as far as the restaurant is concerned, some dishes could be reviewed

28/02/2026: The best pizzas made in a traditional oven. Friendly and very fast service. Admittedly, the chairs are plastic, but we ate here four nights in a row, it was so good!! Go without hesitation.
