05/03/2025: Excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. In my short stay in Terrasini I dined there 3 out of 4 evenings, because after the first time I always wanted to go back, both for the excellent quality of the dishes - original and delicious, both on the palate and at the sight - and for the welcome, the attentive service and the quiet and friendly environment. The value for money is also good, in line with the products served. Unfortunately I live far away and would become a regular customer!

13/02/2025: The gentleman at the counter with white hair and glasses served the rotisserie pieces, taking them without hygienic protection, placing his fingers on the dough, and also kindly checking the temperature of the piece repeatedly inside the microwave, and then serving it to me with his wonderful fingerprints. Taken and thrown away

10/03/2025: This small medieval town on top of a hill in the Parco delle Madonie in Sicily has this one hotel in the middle of narrow, winding, hilly, cobbled streets. Parking is a matter of luck, as you can imagine, but once parked one can walk all around town. The hotel had someone waiting for us to hand over the keys and we were on our own after that. The first odd thing we noticed is that rooms 1 & 2 are on the top floor while room 6 is on the ground floor. Of course there are no lifts in this renovated medieval building, so three flights of stairs will keep you healthy when you’re in room 1. The room itself was very spacious and offers all the facilities one expects. The bathroom flushing was the second quirky thing we experienced - it’s a push button function but a sign on the wall advises guests that they need to push it several times with some energy for it to function - unfortunately I did not take a photo of the sign! Other than that our stay was pleasant and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

To say very good and little, there were fifteen of us who tried a round of pizzas to taste the goodness and quality of both the raw material and the truly exceptional ingredients used. We will definitely be back

16/02/2025: We had dinner at this place for the second time, the first was at least 3 years ago and we remembered that the food was very good. Well, what can I say, it has maintained the same level if not exceeded it!! We ordered a well-seasoned mussel soup accompanied by fried croutons. As first courses, we took two off-menu dishes that were excellently cooked. All washed down with a delicious local Grillo served chilled. In short, the location may not be elite but the cuisine surpasses many starred restaurants!! Super recommended exceptional value for money
