30/07/2025: They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and have dinner with a nice atmosphere. We tried “pasta a la Sarde”, typical of Sicily and also the typical dessert “cassata”. A quiet place with good food.

26/07/2025: Very warm and welcoming place inside and outside you are very comfortable, professional staff. Excellent quality food, the taste of the fish was very present, as it is fresh, even with slightly elaborate dishes, in fact I would like to recommend the preparation of some fish-based dishes in a traditional way, therefore simple such as grilled swordfish so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the same. Overall, a round of applause to all the staff.

16/06/2025: Mister Yogi (Carmelo) is such a nice genuine guy. Crepes and Gelato (and other desserts) with a huge smile. Absolutely a must stop when visiting Cefalu!!

09/06/2025: I know in the land of gelato it seems ridiculous to rave about frozen yoghurt but that’s exactly what I’m about to do! Mister Yoggi has the best frozen yoghurt I’ve ever had! It’s extremely well priced- 4 euros for a grande. The service is exceptional! Although we’ve only had the frozen yoghurt (which we ordered an obscene amount of times during our stay in Cefalu) they also have bubble waffles, crepes, pancakes, granita and gelato. All of which look delicious. When ordering the yoghurt you can choose between 3 sizes and then choose 2 sauces (one for the bottom of the cup and one for on top of the yoghurt) as well as a topping. The pistachio sauce is to die for and an absolutely must try!

04/08/2025: Amazing atmosphere and great pizza. I had the Napoli pizza and it was lovely. The ingredients were fresh and the cheese and dough excellent. Went as a group of seven and we were easily accomodated and the service was good and quick. Would recommend!

18/07/2025: My girlfriend and I had a wonderful dinner here on our trip to Sicily. The town is a classic, set in the beautiful mountains of Sicily. The food was outstanding, as was the service and the hospitality. We highly, highly recommend stopping here if you get a chance. Something different, away from the crowds, with a local feel.

Dagli antipasti ai dolci la bontà è eccelsa. Prodotti di altissima qualità e piatti ben presentati. Cosa aggiungere: andate assolutamente ne resterete entusiasti. 24/07/2025: Nuestra experiencia en este restaurante fue perfecta. Para empezar comimos el mejor pulpo que comimos en todo nuestro viaje en Sicilia. Para el plato principal teníamos busiata y filete de ternera y ambos eran perfectos. Toda la noche fue genial, la ubicación es muy privada y especial, el personal es extremadamente educado y con ganas de complacer. Esta fue la mejor experiencia de restaurante en Palermo seguro!

11/07/2025: A pochi metri dalle trappole per turisti, un ottimo ristorante a conduzione familiare. Piatti sapientemente elaborati e studiati a partire dalla tradizione regionale, una buona cantina ed un ambiente intimo ed accogliente. Una delle poche perle a Palermo in un'offerta che si è appiattita sulla domanda del turismo internazionale.

03/08/2025: The best pizza we've ever had! We've tried several, but they've all been amazing. The dough is light yet crispy, enriched with various seeds that make it unique... the pizza toppings are phenomenal and don't overpower the flavor of the dough... truly delicious!

28/07/2025: A very beautiful, meticulously maintained venue. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, and makes guests feel welcome. Attracted by other reviews, we booked and were not wrong: the tuna trio was truly delicious, as was everything else. The sorbet to finish the meal, a must-try, was truly delicious. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food, service, and venue. You can eat outside, but there is an indoor air-conditioned dining room. It was also very pleasant to chat with the very friendly owner.

03/08/2025: Madre Selva is a true landmark in Palermo, not only for lovers of Argentine cuisine and culture, but also for anyone seeking an authentic, welcoming place where every dish is delicious and tells a story. You can immediately taste the attention to detail, the careful selection of ingredients, and the love for tradition that Gustavo, the Argentine chef and owner, infuses into everything, from the kitchen to the warm dining room to the excellent and well-stocked wine cellar! My father, a Palermitan born and raised in South America, rediscovers the authentic flavors of his childhood here: every visit is like a journey back in time for him. And for my wife and I, who are vegetarians, it's always a pleasant surprise because they offer a wide variety of options, including guacamole, various vegetarian main courses, empanadas with onions, those with walnuts and cheese, and corn humitas, which are so good we could eat them over and over again! The service is always impeccable, kind, and attentive. We highly recommend it!

19/07/2025: Every mouthful was a delight! Expensive for Sicily but worth every Euro. The mixed appetisers were particularly delicious! We were outside in a side street, not photogenic or pretty but enjoyable.

31/07/2025: Excellent place, wonderful welcome from the staff, and also from the owner. We went for dinner to celebrate a graduation; we had a great meal, with excellent portions and a variety of dishes. The location is beautiful and has an old-fashioned style. Finding a parking spot is a bit of a problem, but if you want to walk around, you can leave your car downtown. The only drawback is that if you're disabled, since the restaurant is on the first floor, it's not wheelchair accessible. Otherwise, the food was amazing, the staff were very kind, and... Enough...

27/07/2025: Très beau décor et accueil chaleureux. Plats typiques et délicieux. Cuisine traditionnelle à ne pas rater. Nous avons également apprécié la musique qui apporte une belle ambiance.

04/07/2025: Visitamos este restaurante para una agradable cena el sábado por la noche. El restaurante estaba lleno, pero llamamos para hacer una reserva. La comida es un poco más cara que en otros lugares pero vale la pena, todos los platos estaban excepcionalmente sabrosos y claramente bien planificados. El personal hablaba muy bien inglés lo que ayudó a explicar las especialidades, también fueron atentos con el servicio. En general, recomendaría al 100% una visita aquí.
