12/05/2026: GREAT! We had the Thai antipasti. Then the Pat Thai, which was also surprisingly good and authentic. The Italian pasta dish was also good. The owner/wife of the restaurant is Thai, hence the authentic cuisine. 👌 Delicious!

04/05/2026: We came to I Templari for my birthday lunch. We live in Sicily and found this restaurant a few years ago and loved the Thai food that they offer, which is not easy to find here, especially at a quaint restaurant in the mountains. We arrived on a Sunday and were told that they only had a fixed menu for the day. I told the owner that we came up to celebrate my birthday and have some of their delicious Thai food. He spoke with the chef who said they would be happy to make us whatever we wanted. The Pad Thai and appetizer plate was absolutely delicious and what I was hoping for! Thank you for going out of your way to make my day very special!

04/05/2026: You cannot find food like this anywhere else but in the heart of Mendoza! Fabian & Gustavo have brought the warmth and flavors of Argentina to Palermo. The execution of the dishes is just as impressive as the taste. This restaurant is a must try. Prepare to be transported to an authentic Mendocino asado! There are multiple seating options (indoor & outdoor with some outdoor covered) and the ambiance is vibrant and comforting. Their menu is easy to navigate and clearly lists out allergens and intolerances for any dietary restrictions. The staff is friendly and attentive to ensure the best service. They also helped with wine recommendations! We started with the empanadas (carne & cebolla), and had some meat (entraña, vacio, lomo) for the main course. Everything was cooked to perfection and so full of flavor we couldn’t stop eating! Their chimichuri was the perfect addition. Lastly, the churros and panqueques con dulce de leche were the perfect finish along with some espresso. Stop in for the best and most tasty experience!!!

07/05/2026: My daughter was in seventh heaven when she had the bubble waffle with chocolate ice cream. She took a bite and the bubble waffle without ice cream was also very tasty... but with chocolate ice cream it was much, much better. Unfortunately no photo because it ended up being a chocolate mess. Top spot for those with a sweet tooth.

01/05/2026: A very nice Slow Food restaurant with a great view. On holidays and Sundays, there's no à la carte menu; instead, there's a set menu for €45 with a great selection of local specialties, including wine. Unfortunately, they forgot our antipasti platter; otherwise, it would have been five stars.

26/04/2026: Holiday at an agriturismo: Celebrating, eating, drinking, and laughing! At Casale Drinzi in Collessano, it was fantastic on April 25th, simply top-notch. Actually, I'm not usually a fan of going to an agriturismo on holidays and special occasions. We've often had some unpleasant surprises. But not here! The location is a dream, nestled against the majestic Madonie Mountains. On the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, its waters shimmering a pale blue on the horizon, a glass of Prosecco or Campari in hand. Gianluca, the owner, is bustling about: a helping hand here, a greeting there—a perfect host. The new dining room upstairs has now been completed. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The many delicious antipasti, pasta, and meat dishes were all cooked to perfection, and a cannolo scalyano made for a delightful end to a wonderful day at Casale Drinzi. I call arriving and feeling at ease, enjoying a different kind of day with family and friends. This is possible here, with such a breathtaking view and ambiance, and outstanding cuisine. The wine selection is impressive, with some important labels just waiting to be uncorked. Not just for special occasions, but every day at lunch and dinner. They also serve pizza, which you can soon enjoy on a new, elevated wooden terrace overlooking the greenery and the church of Collessano. It's the perfect place to unwind on a hot summer day.
