05/11/2025: It’s really worth the journey. Great tasting pizza. We tried four different pizzas and they were all fantastic, made with the best ingredients on an absolutely flavorful and crispy base. We tried their Tiramisu for dessert. Not recommended at all. Just have the pizza! Also make sure to book in advance.

08/03/2026: Truly excellent place! The dishes are super generous and truly delicious, you'll be very satisfied. The owner is kind, friendly, and very welcoming, making you feel at ease right away. Fast service and a pleasant atmosphere. The price is also excellent, truly reasonable for the quality and quantity of the dishes. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! 😄🍽️

15/02/2026: Today we were there for the second time. We were enchanted the first time, and the second, too. Nestled in the hills near Collesano, it offers breathtaking views and is easy to reach. The place feels like home, they welcome you with a smile, the fireplace is always lit, in short, it's a comfortable refuge. The service is excellent, even on the busiest and most hectic days, with a constant smile and friendliness from the staff. The owner loves what he does; you'll see him wandering the tables, personally serving guests, and making sure everything is fine. The food is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, but without losing their local identity. In short, it's like eating at a gourmet grandmother's house! The portions are generous; we couldn't finish everything and took the rest home because throwing it away would have been sacrilegious. They always offer a shot of their own liqueurs. The chocolate one is definitely worth trying; it's sublime. We bought a bottle. Casale Drinzi is one of those places that fills your belly and warms your heart, perfect for a little pampering every now and then. See you next time! 16/03/2026: Excellent! Modern and beautiful ambiance. Precise and friendly service. Excellent quality products. Impeccable service. What we liked most: octopus with potato foam, capellacci, tuna tataki, and chocolate ice cream. The bread is excellent (sourdough), and the organic olive oil is a 10/10. Highly recommended for a special occasion. Thank you!

28/12/2025: It was superb. I keep thinking about my (fresh) spaghetti, and specifically the sauce: Nduja, bottarga, breadcrumbs, grilled tomatoes, parsley. Mopped up with scarpette of their home made bread that was delicious. Clean bowls all round. My children had wonderful artichoke hearts that they made disappear in seconds, without offering any to their father. My wife had marinaded prawns of again unknown delicacy. As soon as I return to London I want to try to make that spaghetti sauce. Had an excellent carricante-based Etna bianco 2024 from SRC. Carricante for Etna whites and Nerello Mascalese for Etna rosso are the best wines in Sicily. Dry, saline, savoury, exquisite. My main course was roast pork slices from Nebrodi pigs with charred broccoli that melted in the mouth. I would go back again tonight and have the spaghetti again. I should also add that the service was first rate: two charming knowledgeable Sicilian ladies who spoke English well. What a place!

20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

12/03/2026: A pleasant discovery! We were celebrating a graduation. I contacted the owner, explaining that we weren't local and would have to arrange everything over the phone. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We agreed on the menu, and he designed the cake, which was delicious, as were the rest of the dishes. The service was impeccable and courteous. We felt truly pampered. Well done!

15/03/2026: An exceptional experience, a top-notch steakhouse. The service is excellent, the food is top-notch, and the atmosphere is pleasant when it's not crowded. When the place is crowded, especially the outdoor seating, it would be advisable to soundproof the space with sound-absorbing panels. Otherwise, you'll get a headache after a while.

The staff is also very attentive and knowledgeable about food intolerances; they have options for both those with a dairy intolerance like me and those who are gluten-free. A great experience to repeat! I also look forward to lunch on some weekdays. 👍

18/02/2026: Very hospitable and helpful staff. Paolo was very helpful in guiding me through the menu before I arrived (I booked for a special occasion) and helping with food allergies. Food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The only downside is that the set menu is lacking the wow factor - the dishes are nothing unique. But, for the price it was good. Thank you

11/02/2026: My boyfriend and I went to Sapori Perduti and had a truly wonderful time. We started with the tuna trio: delicious and super fresh. I loved the contrast between the different preparations, especially the caramelized onion part. You could really taste the quality of the fish, and the tartare was the ultimate proof. For our first course, we had the pecorino gnocchi, perfectly creamy and incredibly flavorful without being heavy. I loved the contrast with the raspberry. For our second course, the Cappello del prete, incredibly tender and with a truly delicious sauce that really enhanced it. Perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly and attentive; we felt welcomed from start to finish. A very positive experience, pleasant atmosphere, and carefully prepared dishes. A niche restaurant in the heart of Palermo; we'll definitely be back.
