Here you'll find what I consider to be among the best arancini in Palermo. The owner is also a true coffee expert, having traveled extensively and thoroughly researched the preparations and blends. A great place to visit, and I always return every year for Santa Lucia.

An authentic place with excellent food and the option of quality coffee. Don't be fooled by the location or the exterior; the artisanal food will amaze you! Barista Alessio is a master coffee maker, offering a perfect cappuccino with any type of milk or plant-based drink. Top

Super chill spot. Came for the arancine which were recommended on Reddit 😎
Really good arancine, the pistachio granita was also spectacular. Limited seating, but turn over of seats is high.
Def a local spot

If you find yourself in Palermo, there's a historic address that's absolutely worth a stop—in fact, in my case, two regular stops in two days!
- Stop 1: A Textbook Breakfast
The first stop was dedicated to the morning ritual, and it was a complete success:
An excellent coffee and a fragrant and generous filled croissant.
Their donut is also delicious and soft.
An unbeatable value for money, with the filled croissant only €1.50 and the donut for €1.20.
- Stop 2: The Ecstasy of the Rosticceria
On the second day, the call of the savory was irresistible, thanks to the splendid display case filled with artisanal delicacies:
Their arancini are simply divine, a perfect balance between the crunchiness of the breading and the richness of the filling.
Always hot and ready to be enjoyed, they stand out alongside the rest of the traditional Sicilian rotisserie.
Whether you want to start your day with the sweetness of fresh pasta or indulge in the temptation of savory rotisserie, Vabres is an essential stop in Palermo. Impeccable quality, tradition, and courtesy. A well-deserved five stars!

After so many vacations in Palermo, finally an Arancina with a capital A. As a native of Catania, my compliments. We ordered two arancini "a carne" (meat-filled arancini), and the flavor was truly remarkable. A little more crunch would make it excellent, but it's already quite good. Congratulations, it will be our regular stop on every trip to your beautiful city.

Definitely worth a visit, the arancinis are divine. And if you like good coffee, this is the place for you. The little almond-marzipan balls are also highly recommended.

It's not just a bar, a pastry shop, or a delicatessen; it's a place of the heart... You enter and breathe art, life, and truth in everything they offer. It's always packed with tourists, but it's not a tourist-attracting place.

The only bar in Palermo where they know how to make a real cappuccino! Besides being fast, skilled, professional, and friendly, they also offer a wide variety of pastries and delicacies. We need more bars like this around the city!
