24/07/2026: We ate here based on a friend's recommendation. The dinner was delicious, with truly elaborate multi-course meals featuring traditional dishes reimagined strictly vegan. Even better than the originals. The owners are very courteous and kind, and they care about making good food, making you feel welcome, and just being nice people in general. I'd love to return.

19/07/2026: Tonight's dinner with V-esce... food is linked to memories, when on Sundays we went to eat pasta with sea urchins and it was a celebration, in this magical place I guarantee you will eat fish that your taste buds will remember perhaps what you used to eat and it will be moving, because you will have no suffering on your plate and you will still be satisfied 😋 ps. My partner has never eaten fish but tonight with v-esce he ate everything!! ♥️♥️♥️ to finish the cannolo with a superlative vegan ricotta, but as if that wasn't enough, almond granita with pistachio couscous and warm brioche with tuppo... as someone would say... orgasmic!!!! ♥️♥️♥️ all topped off by an atmosphere that will make you feel at home ♥️♥️♥️

12/07/2026: We stumbled upon it while looking for somewhere to eat and left more than satisfied. We ordered an antipasti, a pizza, a calzone, and two drinks for €32. But the portions were enormous, much larger than at other places. An ideal spot for a good meal at a reasonable price.

25/07/2026: I've eaten some strange poke, but this is a bit too much, I'd have the NAS come and have you check that pitiful fish you give us customers, you can taste a sour taste in the salmon and I don't know in what other ingredient, really pitiful the fish stinks so much that as soon as I opened the box I threw open the windows because of the absurd stench that could be felt

28/05/2026: We received a wonderful welcome. The place is peaceful, and the terrace and interior are very clean. We had a divine ribeye steak. It was succulent, tender, and cooked to perfection. The grilled vegetables and delicious mashed potatoes accompanied this exceptional meat. From the butcher to your plate, all in the same establishment. It doesn't get any better than this. You can go there without hesitation! 👍👍👍🙏

05/08/2026: The best seafood in the area. Michelin-starred chef Gaetano offers a menu with an excellent selection of seafood and sophisticated pairings. The wait staff is attentive and readily available. The wine list is also excellent. The friendliness and attentiveness few can offer, and the food is top-notch (great attention is paid to children, too). Highly recommended.

We were there on a Saturday around 7:00 PM, and within half an hour, the restaurant was filled with Italian families, which clearly demonstrates that it's a favorite spot for locals. We were also pleasantly surprised by the very low bill—significantly lower than most places we visited during our week-long trip to Sicily. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, local atmosphere and excellent pizza in Cinisi. 11/05/2026: Definitely the best pizza we've ever eaten. The dough is so thin it's almost nonexistent. The taste made us go back a second time and tried other dishes – definitely worth it. The staff was smiling and multilingual. A fantastic place. We've been to several places in Cinisi, but this is our "one."
