06/03/2026: Authentic food, very nice, friendly and polite staff. I ordered the local sardine pasta which was absolutely delicious, so was the almond semifreddo for dessert. Highly recommend if you want to experience Palermo-specific foods!

18/12/2025: My partner and I have visited the restaurant several times, and each time has been a pleasant surprise. Chef Gaetano Varco constantly creates new dishes based on his culinary imagination, and he even shared a sampling with us. On the first occasion, he personally selected our menu based on our tastes, and we were delighted.
Nowadays, when we think of a restaurant that also guarantees quality with the freshest fish, we can't help but choose it.

The service was impeccable, with helpful yet discreet recommendations. I was amazed by the chocolate dessert, enhanced by a delicate touch of olive oil and grains of salt that amplified its flavor.
05/03/2026: Great find, excellent food, well-prepared dishes and ambiance, friendly and attentive staff. They also have live music, but we weren't lucky enough... We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Palermo.

12/03/2026: We came on vacation to Palermo with three children and dined here without a reservation. I have to say it was the place with the best service of the entire trip. The waiter was very kind from the start, even making the kids laugh a lot. The pizza was very good with a wide selection and arrived quickly (a big hit with the kids). Thanks for everything, guys!
