Gorgeous place and delicious food, all very fresh and with a lot of variety, which is not a given because even those who can't eat certain things due to intolerances were able to fill up on other very delicious dishes 😀. I highly recommend the establishment...among other things, the place is beautiful and so green! The gluten-free options are also a plus. Everything was truly excellent 😊

02/10/2025: I recently attended a wedding. I was scolded for asking if I could take away the fresh flower centerpieces, both myself and other guests, making it seem like they owned them, when I later discovered they were paid for by the couple. There's no doggy bag service... terrible gluten-free food... Staff always in a rush to stay within working hours... Positive notes: enchanting location, good starter buffet. I wouldn't recommend it.

26/10/2025: This restaurant is highly recommended, whether you're in the area or as a culinary destination in Salento. The quality of the ingredients and the high-quality cuisine are all at prices in line with the area. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Ask them for advice on the catch of the day; it's worth it.

12/10/2025: At Conte Cavour we had pizza; it had been recommended, but unfortunately, we found it quite tough. Personally, I had trouble cutting and chewing it. Nothing inedible; we definitely would have preferred a softer crust. In any case, the place is very beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We'll probably return and try their specialties.

06/10/2025: That dinner at Tenutta Linaza was a marvel from start to finish. In the middle of the fields of Puglia, with that soft sunset light, everything seemed to be taken from an Italian movie. The food? Sublime. Each dish was a celebration of the land: the fresh fish as if it had just come out of the sea and was brought to your table, homemade pasta that made you close your eyes with pleasure and that wine… as if the vineyard was telling you its story with every sip. And for dessert, Emilio’s tiramisu was a masterpiece. Not only delicious—it was one of those desserts that makes you speechless, because every spoonful deserves to be contemplated. The cream was soft as a cloud, with that perfect balance between mascarpone and just the right touch of sweetness. But what really made it special were Emilio and Clara. They carry it with a natural elegance, without pretension. They make you feel at home, as if you were part of the family. Emilio, with that calm smile, recommends dishes as if he had known you all his life. Clara, with an eye that observes everything, makes sure that every detail is in its place. It is one of those places where you don't just dine: you live an experience.

Beyond the beauty of the location and the quality of the hospitality, what made our stay unforgettable was seeing our son having fun with the owners' children, Emilio and Clara. Between outdoor games, laughter, and running around with Pongo, their wonderful dog, he experienced moments of pure happiness. The pool, nestled among the olive trees, is a little paradise: perfect for relaxing and entertaining children safely, surrounded by nature. The accommodations are tastefully designed, comfortable, and immersed in a landscape that invites peace and tranquility. The restaurant is a real discovery: delicious dishes, prepared with local ingredients and served in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Emilio and Clara are exceptional hosts, always available and attentive, capable of making every guest feel like part of the family. We recommend Tenuta Linazza to anyone looking for an authentic place to relax and enjoy precious moments with loved ones. We can't wait to come back!

05/11/2025: Come in Famiglia, these three simple words can make my experience in this restaurant clear. Those who occasionally read my reviews know well that I don't like eating in Gallipoli, not because of the amount of money one spends but because of the possible negative experience one might have. Well, today that wasn't the case. I would finally say that I had been passing by the seafront near the cold storage units for many years (once upon a time when the fishing boats arrived with the fish, they arrived right in front of these enormous cold storage units) and every time we passed by this place it was always full (summer period), so we went elsewhere to eat. But today here we are at 7:45 pm, the place is open and there are only diners, the owner and the Metre are there to welcome us, they welcome us with a big smile and here we are with the QR code we order, a chat with the owners and here come our dishes "Rich, abundant, and above all GOOD". I haven't posted any photos of the dishes because they have already been published by other diners, but only the bill, in my opinion. Correct for what we ate. 08/10/2025: The worst food we ate in Italy. If I could I would rate it negative , it would be negative 10. The service wa fine, but the food is so disgusting. We did not want to finish our dishes , we barely ate anything. We assumed since they had “fresh “seafood on the display on ice, that they’d be using those fresh fish and other seafood. Omg. What they brought to us seemed like were cooked last week, not fresh at all. Only the look of the dish was horrible, we lost our appetite completely. But we still decided to try everything. it tasted even worse than it looked. Gooey pasta , yucky . It looked more like a soup, but pasty, just look at the picture

07/10/2025: Overall, I can only give it 5 stars...probably if I had to find fault, it would be the slightly above-average price. For four of us, we ate (as pictured) two courses of raw shrimp and scampi, one first course, two fried dishes, and one swordfish. Three desserts and one sorbet; wine, water, and a cover charge. But I understand that the location, time of year, and the ingredients significantly impact the total, and that's perfectly acceptable. If you book via Google, I recommend specifying a terrace table when booking, which unfortunately isn't clear in the booking process and alone makes up for the expense!

28/10/2025: What a beautiful spot! A view over Otronto beach and the promenade. Good drinks and snacks. An ideal place to peel. I could sit there for hours.

03/06/2025: A very good restaurant adjoining the Callistos Hotel & Spa in Tricase, Puglia. This restaurant allows hotel guests to dine in a lounge setting with remarkable service. The dishes are refined and generous. You won't be disappointed by the variety of dishes offered. The wine list is also extensive.

08/10/2025: Simply the best. The pizza was delicious and so light, I still had room for dessert after eating it all! Wide selection of vegan options, both pizzas and desserts. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back! Thank you!!

27/09/2025: The pizzas are very good and quite affordable. You can find unusual and original pizzas there. The staff is friendly and the place is quiet.
