22/03/2026: We visited this restaurant a week ago. It's a restaurant for seafood lovers. Excellent quality ingredients, prompt service, and very friendly staff. We'll gladly return. It's located in the historic center of Nardò, so you'll need to park outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and then walk there. The restaurant is easily accessible.

06/04/2026: I went there because it was recommended by relatives in the area. It's an excellent seafood restaurant on the main street of Santa Maria al Bagno. I found the fish to be very fresh and well-prepared. The service was very attentive. You can eat à la carte or choose from the tasting menus. Recommended for seafood lovers. Prices are reasonable.

04/04/2026: A sophisticated restaurant located in an elegant historic residence overlooking the sea. The decor and service are meticulously crafted. Excellent food quality and exquisite presentation. This isn't our first time here, and each time is a pleasant experience. The friendliness and cleanliness are a constant. It's become a go-to for me. Parking is paid only during the summer months, and you can park on the street. We didn't have to wait because we had reserved a table.

25/04/2026: Prices are a bit steep...but I'm not arguing! The service, however, leaves much to be desired; we waited an hour for our first course... I'd say excessive!

12/04/2026: It's not a pizzeria... it's an experience! The best pizza I've ever eaten!

29/03/2026: We visited again after two and a half years. Back then, the pizza was outstanding, and the atmosphere was great, as we could sit outside when the weather was nice. Yesterday, however, the pizza was just a pale shadow of its former quality. The dough wasn't fully cooked, and the toppings released a lot of moisture, making the base soggy and mushy. The dough itself tasted okay, and the toppings were good, given their typical regional quality. Overall, eating the pizza this time was no fun at all; there are much better ways to enjoy it. The atmosphere is also cold and very loud; the place could definitely use some soundproofing. It's practically impossible to have a conversation without shouting. In short: We ate quickly, without any enjoyment, and left. What a shame.

07/04/2026: On the plus side, the location in Santa Maria al Bagno is excellent, even though it's on the road and not directly overlooking the sea. Open midweek in low season, and the service is truly excellent. It's a shame about the rest. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio is decidedly poor. We tried the raw ham, which was quite expensive, but the real problem was the quantity: a sample for two, the smoked salmon from the packets, the cod, and the tuna tartare were quite tasteless. But the first courses were even worse: the seafood pasta was overcooked and salty, truly mediocre, and the clam pasta, although full of clams, was overcooked and tasteless. We didn't try the second courses. It's a shame, we'll hardly return.

05/04/2026: The service is excellent, the food is a treat for your taste buds, plus lots of celebrities have come to eat like Mago Forest, Ficarra and Picone, Alessandro Borghesi and many others. Come to CORALLO, you won't regret it! I recommend the linguine with sea urchins! And the home cooking is excellent! If you're Italian and you're in Santa Maria al Bagno, you absolutely have to come here!

14/09/2025: We had the great pleasure of dining at La Rillo—and it was a truly exceptional experience. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and full of authentic flavors. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the start. The ambiance also won us over: the small restaurant is tastefully decorated and creates a very welcoming atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease and can enjoy your meal in complete relaxation. For us, it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in Puglia so far—highly recommended!

Excellent cuisine with unique and beautifully presented dishes; we particularly enjoyed the bombette. Excellent service. I recommend booking, especially in high season.
