We were truly impressed by the quality of the food and the atmosphere. An absolute must-see if you're visiting Salento. We highly recommend it!

06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in the historic center of Galatone. Very cute and clean place. Delicious food and wonderful presentation. Impeccable service during Sunday lunch, when there weren't many people. I even loved the background music, which was just the right volume. Even the bathrooms were impeccable and had everything you need. If I really have to make a comment, it's the second course, salt-baked prawns: the menu called for five, but they served me four. However, it all seemed so perfect that I didn't even mention it to the staff. I congratulate you on everything overall. I hope to find everything again when I decide to return.

12/07/2026: The menu is practically endless, offering just about everything, plus the level of customization on the sandwiches is incredible, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The draft beers are exceptional, and the selection of craft bottled beers is quite varied, including some unique brands.
Manuel welcomes you like family—a truly spectacular person, just like everything else Qualo has to offer!

09/07/2026: We went on vacation here in Puglia, and from the first night we arrived in Galatone, this place won our hearts. We had the opportunity to try various dishes on the menu, from pizza to puccia and fried seafood, all of the highest quality, topped off by the hospitality and courtesy of the owner and all the staff. Completing the excellent experience was the location, both inside and on the bright and characteristic summer terrace.
We really had a great time. Thank you for being our safe haven.

08/06/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Salento, featuring fresh, local produce. A top-notch set menu. The portions are generous (don't eat too much before you arrive, as they only seem to be open in the evenings). Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere… this was our second visit, and we'll definitely be back every time we return to the area. Thank you 🙏

The food is good, but sometimes (with meat or fish) it's overcooked.
The pizza is really very good, and the pasta dishes are also recommended.
I find the price very high for such a small village in Italy!

We enjoyed a very pleasant meal on the beautifully furnished terrace. The portions were generous and delicious, with attractive presentation.
The large nearby parking lot is a real plus; we were able to park our campervan.
If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

14/02/2026: A pleasant business stay. The staff were extremely courteous and immediately available for a simple but extra request. Everyone was attentive and kind. We slept well; the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Self-check-in was quick and easy for those arriving after hours. Recommended.
