29/05/2026: Spectacular location, extremely polite, helpful, fun, down-to-earth, yet very professional staff. Not to mention the food, I've never had better pizza than this. The pizza chef must be an absolute master of pizza. It's incredibly good, and one piece leads to another, impossible to stop. Not recommended. More than that, go every day. The homemade desserts are incredible, an explosion of sweetness and flavor. Always ask for them; you won't regret it. I personally always go there as a group, and for the members from other countries, it's been a wonderful revelation. It's become addictive now, we go every week. 100000000/10

23/05/2026: The service is fast, friendly, and courteous. The pizza by the meter is excellent, flavorful and with a good crust. The desserts are good, as is the large-scale retailer. We didn't ask if they had homemade desserts. The place is simple but very welcoming, tidy, and clean. The large outdoor space is definitely convenient in the warmer months. A very positive experience.

10/05/2026: I'm a regular at this bar, and to this day, I've always spoken highly of it, even recommending it to many people. For this very reason, I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I believe customer service comes first. Today, Sunday, May 10th, Mother's Day, I arrived at 12:55 to grab a quick bite. I fully understand the dynamics of the restaurant industry—I work there myself—and I fully understand the tiredness, the desire to close, and the frustration at the end of a shift. What I can't accept, however, is the total lack of courtesy. I must say, honestly, that I'd noticed before that courtesy wasn't exactly their strong point, but I'd always preferred to overlook it because I was a regular customer and enjoyed frequenting the place. This time, however, they crossed the line: while I was talking to the person present, who I believe was the owner, they literally lowered the shutter in front of my face, repeating only "no no no," without explanation, without any manners, and without the slightest respect. Yet the closing time is 1:30 PM. If I had been politely told they were closing or that service was no longer available, I would have understood immediately and left without a problem. But treating a customer this way, especially a regular, is truly unacceptable. Working in the restaurant industry also means maintaining professionalism and courtesy, even in the most stressful moments. After today, unfortunately, I won't be returning.

30/12/2025: It's not pleasant to eat outside, even with the heat lamps on. It wasn't terrible, but it's not nice to dine with a jacket on. Pizza is amazing!!

28/12/2025: You know that ad that says, "Make Love with Flavor"? Well, that's exactly what happens here. Flavors blend together with different textures, taste and smell fully satisfied. The December 7th pizza might seem like a simple tuna and onion, but it's actually a true sensory masterpiece. Tuna fillets, caramelized onions, crunchy crumbles. This is just one example. You can choose from a variety of doughs. The desserts are no exception. Very unique. The place is full of atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reservations are required, with entry and exit times to be respected.

03/11/2025: Nice place. There are a few rooms where you can get coffee and food. When I went, one room was celebrating a birthday, while other groups were there just to have a quiet, cheerful drink.

21/04/2026: Chef Maurizio Raselli is a magician! He takes some (high-quality) ingredients, recites a magic formula, and as if by magic, works of art appear before you that engage all your senses. Then, when you taste these creations, you transcend the basic level of gastronomic appreciation and find yourself in a realm of emotions, overwhelmed by feelings of disbelief, and you ask yourself, "How does he do it?" You listen to the ingredients in the dishes and remain skeptical when you hear that a dish features cod and apricot cream, or goose liver and broad beans... Yet what explodes in your brain and heart is a celebration of new, captivating, unimaginable experiences. Thank you, Maestro! Keep creating your magic formulas; we are ready to be thrilled again!

27/05/2026: We spent a delightful evening under the grand vaulted ceiling of this welcoming inn, surrounded by works of art. Inside the restaurant, every wall is adorned with a collection of paintings by many of Salento's greatest artists. We ate prime meat paired with an excellent red wine—the restaurant also boasts an exceptional wine selection! The staff were friendly and efficient. We felt right at home. Next time, we'll try the outdoor area, which is very charming because it's located near the beloved Arco di Prato. Thank you! 🙏

11/06/2026: Baia degli Dei is a place close to our hearts, a must-visit every time we return to Puglia. It truly feels like home. The beach is super-equipped, with comfortable and spacious loungers. The food is excellent, the staff is truly kind and courteous, and the prices are truly fair. There's a floating structure in the sea, where adults and children alike have a blast. See you in July! 05/06/2026: Enchanting place and dreamy atmosphere! Crystal-clear sea with very easy access to the beach. The Lido is impeccable and very well-equipped. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially Mr. Roberto, who was very welcoming!! We ate divinely (the linguine with purple shrimp was delicious). Highly recommended.
