24/03/2024: We stayed overnight in the Palmariggi area and they recommended this place to eat... in fact I was satisfied! Reasonable prices...I ate the Salento pucce and it was good.

17/02/2024: Update: They are still the best pizza and panzerotti in the area, three years after the previous review. Plus the novelty of special doughs like the one for medpizza... truly phenomenal... I take it topped with a mixture of mushrooms, truffles and caramelized onion. It goes very well with the flavor of the special dough. Three years after my move to Salento, I lamented the absence of a rotisserie with pizza by the slice and fried foods, a bit like those found in abundance in the Foggia area and on the Gargano. Well I finally found it in Palmariggi but in a gourmet version. The place is really nice and done with style, so it's also pleasant to eat on the spot. I ate the gourmet version of the fried panzerotti and they were delicious, the dough made really well. The pizza by the plate was light and digestible, the pizza by the slice was excellent as a snack while waiting for the panzerotti to be made. All express and all with quality products. They are a friendly and smiling family. And let's not forget the craft beers made directly by Giulio! In short, an experience to try and repeat!
