31/05/2026: By far the best dinner in Puglia. After a week in Puglia, visiting restaurants, osterias, masserie, and trattorias, I was convinced that Puglia is the southern region with the worst food. However, this restaurant is a real gem. I ate probably the best raw shrimp and scampi of my life. The first course with sea urchins was excellent (half portion in the photo). The prices were fair, the waiters were friendly and welcoming, always ready to explain the dishes and joke with the customers. A restaurant I will keep in my heart and will definitely return to when I visit Puglia.

11/04/2026: I had lunch at this seafood restaurant and was truly satisfied with the experience. The appetizers were incredibly fresh and well-prepared, with authentic flavors that showcase the quality of the fish. The seafood first courses, in particular, were excellent: tasty, well-balanced, and prepared with great care.
Another strong point is definitely the staff, very welcoming and helpful, capable of immediately putting guests at ease and making the lunch even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent seafood in a friendly atmosphere.
11/04/2026: A seafood restaurant that focuses on freshness: octopus crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, flavorful mussels in a rich and fragrant broth, and perfect clams in a marinara sauce with a well-deglazed white wine. A Mediterranean atmosphere, friendly service, and dishes that truly smell of the sea.

22/06/2026: If you want a truly delicious Salento puccia, you absolutely have to stop by Picciuli! Beautiful streetside bar and restaurant, exquisite staff, and the owner is incredibly friendly and made me feel better than at home. I love Gallipoli and I love this bar.
I forgot, the pasticciotto is also fantastic, the perfect size for dessert at the end of a meal. Highly recommended.
P.S. The piadinas are also good, but the puccia is from another planet, folks.

06/07/2026: We had dinner here one evening and enjoyed it so much we returned the next. As big seafood lovers, we can say it was a truly exceptional experience.
The fish is incredibly fresh, of excellent quality, and every dish exudes the full flavor of the sea. The portions are generous and well-prepared, and the cuisine is refined yet authentic, showcasing every ingredient to its fullest.
The service was also impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available. The value for money was surprising, especially considering the exceptional quality of the dishes.
A restaurant we definitely recommend. If you love seafood, this is a place not to be missed. We'll definitely be back!
