29/06/2026: If you're in Puglia, a stop at Mascapati Restaurant is an absolute must. The setting is elegant yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The kitchen offers dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, showcasing the flavors of Salento's tradition. The fish is truly excellent, carefully cooked and impeccably presented, but the pizza also deserves a special mention. The staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive to their guests' needs. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Puglian cuisine. I'll definitely be back!
24/06/2026: A very refined and elegant restaurant located in Presicce. We ate outside; the staff was friendly and generous with suggestions for dishes to try. Recommended: the Mascapati appetizer, the rosemary-infused bread-crusted mussels, the seafood linguine, the basil pesto tagliatelle with shrimp and calamari, the stuffed calamari, and all the desserts. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Definitely the most wholesome, delicious pizza around! The pizza dough is supposed to rest for 72 hours. This way, nothing sits heavily on the stomach, in my experience.

14/05/2026: We stayed at this place for 6 days and were truly impressed by the whole experience. Desdemona and Salvatore are wonderful hosts who made us feel at home from the very first day. They were always open to help with anything we needed and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and full of character, with a beautiful aristocratic spirit that gives the villa a special atmosphere. The garden is large and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quiet time. There is also private parking, a fantastic swimming pool, and a space for children to play, which makes the whole place even more pleasant.
The food was excellent, with many authentic Italian dishes. Everything is homemade, from the pasta to the other ingredients, and you can really feel the care and tradition behind every meal.
I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend unforgettable days in an authentic and warm place in the south of Italy.

15/08/2025: Exquisite dishes and fresh fish. The fish-based first courses and the mixed fried fish in particular are second to none. Francesco and Fabio, the owners, are truly friendly, attentive, and professional. We dined there several times during our stay in Presicce, and our expectations were never disappointed. Highly recommended!
