11/08/2026: My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant; the quality of the meat was excellent, the atmosphere was quite quiet both inside and out, the table service impeccable, and the owners make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. They introduce themselves with a smile, their joy sky-high, and their kindness shines through, aiming to make you feel at home. They help you, not only with suggestions, but also with recommendations for a particular dish.
In short, an EXCELLENT restaurant with FANTASTIC owners 😀
08/08/2026: We visited this informal restaurant and everything was extraordinary! From the appetizers to the fried dishes, to the bombette and simply sublime meatballs, we ate divinely. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Mirella: so kind, friendly, and welcoming, she made us feel right at home. If you're looking for delicious food and true local hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

An impromptu business lunch booked 30 minutes in advance. We had a wonderful time; the traditional cuisine was truly delicious and the prices were VERY competitive.
The owner, a delightful and cheerful person, introduced us to the phenomenal pasticciotto cake.
If you have the chance, trust me, have lunch here; you won't regret it.

The wine selection is also excellent, with labels that perfectly complement each dish. The staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and fast. The portions deserve special mention: generous, carefully prepared, and decidedly satisfying. If you find yourself in Casarano, stopping at "SU CASTEDDRHU" is a must to immerse yourself in the sublime flavors of Salento! We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
05/08/2026: The guys have a problem with service. After sitting for 10 minutes waiting to be served and studying the menu from cover to cover, no one came up to us, and yes, they didn’t even say hello, although we made eye contact with the staff, which is a shame.

The meal was simply spectacular: every dish was delicious, prepared with great care and quality. You could clearly taste the passion and care behind every course, and let's not even mention the cake, which was truly sublime: not only beautiful to look at, but also incredibly delicious!
