08/04/2026: We visited Chiostro degli Scolopi and the experience was excellent in every way. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, with great attention to local, zero-mile products. The homemade breads are among the best we've ever tasted, as are the fried meatballs, simple yet perfect. The artichoke puree and crispy crumble, enriched with a high-quality olive oil, are also excellent. The sagne torte with free-range rooster ragù deserves a special mention: handmade pasta and authentic flavors. The beef tartare is fresh and well-balanced. The absolute highlight is the steak: over 1200 grams, presented and prepared in front of the guests, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a selection of salts that further enhance the meat. Impeccable service and an extremely kind and helpful owner. Highly recommended for those seeking Salento tradition with an innovative twist.

07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. 30/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable. Very friendly. They explained each dish to us, and the presentation was an art in itself. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything. I definitely recommend it. 27/09/2025: I was looking for a nice place for my birthday, and I have to say it was an excellent choice!! The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other. The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs. About the chef... what can I say???!!! A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities! Well done, and congratulations, chef 😉👏

01/05/2026: I've long wanted to visit Salento, but having a disabled family member meant I had to choose the ideal place more than ever, and I found it in the Le Site farmhouse. A beautiful property, equipped with every comfort and in a strategic location that allows you to visit many places. I also recommend trying the restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional dishes and much more. Antonio's attentive supervision and Anna Rosa's helpfulness make you feel like part of the family, not a guest.

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, through social media, while searching for a place to have Easter lunch. It was actually an experiment, with the desire to spend a quiet day eating something good. The result was very satisfying. A genuine location, in the open countryside, with the sea on the horizon, with the perfect balance between rural tradition and modern hospitality. The beautiful stone courtyard, nestled among the tourist cottages, offers a lovely panoramic view of the pool, shaded by a young pergola supported by Lecce stone columns, surrounded by citrus trees, and a magnificent pine forest on the horizon. The welcome was excellent, with the entire staff being very friendly and genuinely helpful. Given the occasion, the fixed menu was tasty, with authentic flavors, dishes that leave fond memories and the desire to return. Returning for the place, the taste, the kindness? Who knows, it's hard to decide!

20/02/2026: I appreciated that, despite the low season, they chose to stay open on weekends. We took advantage of the stay + spa package. A wonderful experience! The masseria is in a strategic location, surrounded by nature, and tastefully furnished. Comfort and pampering guaranteed! The wellness area is top-notch, the rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a very welcoming breakfast room with a large fireplace. We didn't use the restaurant, but the feedback from friends who did is overwhelmingly positive. Special mention goes to the reception staff: helpful, welcoming, and smiling, they were always ready to accommodate our every request. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

The food is excellent, high quality, but above all, what we remember is the smile on our faces as we left: the service is exceptional, all the staff are lovely, it's truly wonderful, even with the language barrier. Without a doubt, the best restaurant we went to during our stay. The service time is perfect: not too long, not too short, just ideal. 👌 A very clean, very beautiful place, nothing to complain about. The products are fresh, local, and I have the impression that everything is homemade. The chef is a true artist; he creates many delicious dishes. The woman brings us the freshly caught fish, explaining which dishes we can create with it; it was really interesting and we appreciated it very much. A wide selection of dishes, and thoughtful touches, like the excellent small dish of fish with lemon: a real burst of flavor with a beautifully balanced acidity; Or perhaps the delightful little lemon sorbet, sublimely refreshing; but also a touch of sweet crunch: dark chocolate and a sweet treat made with caramel and almonds. We ordered a mojito and an Americano cocktail, a sort of spritz in taste, both delicious and refreshing. 🍹 Our dishes: surf and turf gnocchi, made with exceptionally high-quality gnocchi in a ratatouille-like sauce with three delicious shrimp; followed by a squid ink pasta dish in a squid ink sauce, olive oil, and topped with squid strips. A delight! 😋 The limoncello is homemade; it's a bit strong but very, very good. It was very welcome at the end of the meal, after our tiramisu and coffees. In short: you can tell this food is made with love and passion, and it's served with a smile. "We want to share our cuisine and local products with you, and we want to do everything we can to ensure you have an unforgettable experience, that you enjoy every bite from beginning to end": that's the message that comes through in our experience.
