28/04/2025: È stata una piacevole serata, il menù fisso, previsto per motivi organizzativi , ha soddisfatto tutti i commensali, porzioni abbondanti e per chi volesse c'è stato anche il bis. Ottimi i taglieri di salumi e formaggi, i fritti da antipasto ma anche le varie portate tra mare e terra, il tutto accompagnato da vino primitivo. Servizio veloce, ordinato, efficiente e cortese. L'ambiente molto accogliente, spazioso. Da tenere presente per ritornarci al più presto.

17/08/2025: Everything was perfect! We stayed for 10 days as a couple: the house was recently renovated, and the large hot tub was a real plus, so two people could comfortably fit together. The owner was very kind and helpful; he provided us with everything we needed for the barbecue and accommodated our check-in and check-out times. Upon our arrival, we found a case of water (very welcome after a long trip), cold drinks in the refrigerator, and plenty of breakfast items. It was a truly pleasant stay, definitely recommended.

11/08/2025: Unclear conditions I booked a ROOM with breakfast included and all the essential supplies. I was contacted to be told that blankets, breakfast, and sheets were missing and would be charged separately. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the reservation, and after a few minutes, the room price increased by €80. Terrible...I could have left it and brought my own stuff, but I'd rather not give even a single €1 to these crooks. Just to be clear. I'm attaching a photo of the breakfast clearly included, which even in the reply the message continues to say is not included (so sell the rooms correctly). Regarding what you're saying, there's a very clear section to add on booking for towels, sheets, and other things that are subject to a fee. It only says "daily cleaning service" for a fee, not sheets or anything else. Furthermore, it mentions "linens for free," so I repeat what I've already said. If you want to be sneaky, you can do so, but at least have the decency not to respond by defending things that aren't. And I always conclude by attaching photos that I had already taken it for €70 a night because you put it at that price then you thought it was a good idea to put it at €200 because you probably made a mistake and you needed to correct the shot so I'm happy, it was enough to be clear and not make fun of people.
