10/06/2026: Food was excellent. It was a bit quiet when we got here around 8pm on a week day, but it started getting busier. The people that work here are super nice, checking on you constantly. However, the food here was our highlight - we had salad, fries and pizza and everything was great. Highly recommend this place for when you are in the area.

09/08/2026: We dined at this restaurant with friends who have been frequenting Salento for many years and were already familiar with the place, where they usually returned at least once during their holidays, especially for seafood. The quality of the food was very good, and the service was truly excellent: the staff was attentive, helpful, and professional, despite the restaurant being very crowded. However, the atmosphere was quite noisy due to the large number of people and the tables being quite close together. The real downside was the prices, which were significantly higher than our friends remembered and, in our opinion, not commensurate with the overall experience. Many seafood appetizers and first courses cost over €20, while several more elaborate pizzas easily reached €15-20 or more. I personally wanted seafood, but given the prices, I opted for a pizza, as did another diner. The others limited themselves to an appetizer or a single main course. With water and a few medium beers, the bill still came to around €35 ​​per person. The food was good and the service certainly deserves a very positive rating, but the value for money left us rather disappointed, and we're unlikely to return.

01/07/2026: We started frequenting this place many years ago, and it's fantastic. As the years went by and the number of seats increased, the attention to the quality of the dishes had waned a bit. We returned the other day and I must say we had a wonderful meal. The staff, er... It seems improvised, with little eye, inexperienced, and the owners clearly excluded.

29/06/2026: We returned to this trattoria, where we hadn't been for seven years. Disappointing. The menu wasn't representative of Salento, I'd say wintery: braised beef, pea soup, nothing summery or suitable for a scorching climate. The bill wasn't bad: €40 per person for an appetizer and a first course, and a bottle of wine for eight people. I won't be returning, sorry.

01/06/2026: We've had the best pizzas here twice! There's a good selection without feeling overwhelming, and the prices are more than fair. Actually, the owner should be encouraged to raise them. The pizzas are ready very quickly and absolutely delicious!

29/07/2026: It's a very generous restaurant with a lovely, varied menu. If you like fish, try the "Spigola"—it's truly fantastic. They're open for lunch, with a few tables by the sea and a delightful breeze. They don't serve pizza at lunchtime. They have good local wines and good draft beer.

27/07/2026: Friendly staff, but the food is edible, to say the least. Maybe some of the first courses are okay, but the pizza is truly awful. The bread itself seems heavy and bland. The mozzarella feels more like cheese, like rubber. Worst pizza I've ever had (and it arrived a little cold, too). Fried food full of oil, especially the fries, which are soggy and full of oil, and also very heavy. I don't recommend coming here.
