18/09/2025: We came because the reviews were positive. But I don't understand why. The salad is almost entirely green salad and is served in a cardboard box... and for the octopus sandwich the bread was cold and not even toasted... it was bland. Poor value for money in my opinion.

16/12/2025: A very positive experience. Even though it's pizza, it's simply amazing to be able to taste every single flavor of every single ingredient. The place is simple and perfectly reflects its owner, who, despite being a Michelin-starred chef, has maintained his humble approach, which will undoubtedly help him continue to grow, while always remaining true to the authentic, traditional pizza dough, uninfluenced by trends and innovation.

20/02/2026: I've been to this establishment several times for various events, including birthdays, weddings, and confirmations, both for lunch and dinner. The place is truly beautiful, with ample parking, large open spaces, a swimming pool, and a play area for children. The cuisine is typically Salento, sometimes with a modern twist, and the food is truly delicious! And what more can I say? Marco, Giorgio, and Gigi make you feel truly at home; they're incredibly kind and always available! I recommend it for events of any kind!
01/02/2026: Nestled in the countryside, it suddenly opens up like a discovery from the past. Green lawn, pool, and large outdoor space. The rooms, especially the small one, are truly comfortable and discreet. Truly pleasant. The manager is very kind, patient, and attentive to the customer's needs. In the summer, I think it will be a truly lovely place to relax, lulled by the scents of the countryside and pampered by the staff. The food???!!! It's OK...

17/02/2026: Let's start with the fact that the food is delicious. The staff is always friendly, quick to serve, and available to answer any questions. Pericle also knows how to recommend dishes perfectly, making you feel immediately at ease and enjoying his wonderful dishes. The atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable, and in the summer you can also eat outside in the square, where you can admire the beautiful historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: SPECCHIA.
I highly recommend it and would love to return 👍👍👍

20/12/2025: Very delicious and fast service. Everything was great overall. I got the Lussuria, and it was perfect; the other panini my friends ordered were also very good. It would be even better if there were a number system for ordering and paying, because the ordering process feels a bit random.

09/11/2025: I went there for lunch on the recommendation of friends "to eat well-cooked porcini mushrooms." I've never had such PERFECT porcini mushrooms. Everything was excellent. Both the food and the wine (recommended by the guy who looked after us throughout the meal). The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, respectful of our lunch times, and never intrusive. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes I'd glimpsed from neighbors' plates (everything looked delicious). The location was also very beautiful: clean, bright, and overlooking the courtyard with olive trees and antique troughs housing beautiful and well-kept succulents. Everything was very peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
05/11/2025: We had lunch featuring fresh porcini mushrooms. The quality and freshness of the mushrooms were outstanding. From the "simple" porcini carpaccio to more elaborate dishes like porcini mushrooms covered in kataifi. The waiter was extremely attentive to our needs and precise in his suggestions. An excellent location for a tasty, high-quality meal.

26/02/2026: If you're traveling by car, this hotel is definitely the best choice. The public parking lot is a 1-minute walk away and only costs 2 euros per day. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk from the old town. The hotel itself is a historical building, and the windows of the rooms are very high, giving it a bit of a prison feel 😂, but at least the high ceilings don't make you feel oppressed. The breakfast selection is also quite good, with several savory options. The staff are also very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

06/01/2026: Everything was excellent, from the fried foods to the first courses and the second courses. My son and I ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the orecchiette with arugula pesto, ricotta, fresh cherry tomatoes, and almonds, and my husband ordered the penne with sausage and arugula... we left nothing! All the dishes are traditional Salento dishes, flavorful and plentiful. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.
P.S. Since we were there on Epiphany, we were happy to know that the osteria is a 4-minute walk from the sand nativity scenes!
