27/05/2025: Excellent! The restaurant is very beautiful, simply furnished but with great taste. The Lecce stone walls are beautiful. The ordering format at the fish counter is nice. The staff is impeccable! Very kind, punctual, efficient. The dishes tasted are truly special. The prices are absolutely honest for the quality of the food and the service. Congratulations!

22/05/2025: More than a restaurant, it's a gastronomic experience. We ate the best fish of our lives here! There's a counter with personalized service where they give you great suggestions. I recommend it for a treat on vacation.

30/04/2025: We reserved in 5 restaurants in Cutrofiano during our stay and this is by far the best in terms of quality of dishes offered, the service is friendly and the setting very...rustic. We will definitely return there on our next stay.

30/05/2025: Bei dem Betreten des Restaurants empfing uns ein dringend lüftungsbedürftiges, miefiges Raumklima. Der Service imponierte durch Hektik, unterschwellige Unfreundlichkeit, wenig italienische Herzlichkeit und gab uns das latente Gefühl, ein „abzuarbeitender Gast“ zu sein. Der arrogant auftretende Maître war im schwarzen Anzug mit Fliege fein gekleidet. Im Gegensatz dazu trug der offensichtliche Inhaber/ Geschäftsführer eine farblich unpassende Schlabberjeans, ein schlechtsitzendes Sakko und ear-pods. Sein Auftreten gegenüber den scheinbar 4 „Anzulernenden“ empfanden wir ebenfalls als unangenehm störend, sodass wir nach einem Gericht, unspektakulärer Qualität, gegangen sind.

21/05/2025: I had been wanting to try this place for a while. Very nice, just the right amount of spartan. Typical Salento dishes cooked in an excellent way. Meatballs in sauce, Genovese meatballs, pieces of horse meat that don't need a knife because the fork is the master. I found Courtesy and professionalism. Very fair quality-price ratio. Try it

20/05/2025: Amazing traditional food. We had panino with the cavallo polpette e parmigiana. Giusy and Maurizia have been super friendly and lush service. A tiny food street spot worth the visit. Thank you for making us smile whilst eating great Apulia food

12/05/2025: An innovative restaurant, specialists in home-made fish sausages... alternatively there is meat and various dishes... the owner is very attentive to the needs of the customer, he pampers you and puts you at ease... good quality for the price. I will gladly return and recommend it to everyone... As promised, I returned, an excellent restaurant, the oyster with silver leaf pearl is delicious. I bought the Marino tobacco, excellent for condiments for appetizers, and Danilo's kindness never ends... as a preview, since it is not yet on the market, I have The tuna bottarga. 22/04/2025: Meglio tardi che mai direi , posto già noto da tempo finalmente siamo riusciti a provarlo. Le specialità sono gli affettati di pesce , acquistabili anche in loco. Il posto si trova in una strada secondaria poco trafficata è arredato in maniera sobria e accogliente, Abbiamo provato un paio di primi eccezionali , come le orecchiette e un secondo "tonno porchettato" , molto gradevoli gli abbinamenti tipo le marmellate di frutta insieme al tonno . La chiusa perfetta sono stati i dolci tra cui il "Frisamisù" e il sorbetto alla Sambuca . Gentilissimo e preparato il titolare che ci ha spiegato tutti i piatti , prezzi in linea con la qualità del pesce. Da provare e riprovare , molto consigliato !!

29/05/2025: The location is wonderful. Outside a vine covered area surrounded by lemon trees, delicately lit to provide a peaceful ambience. The food was very good. Assisted by explanations offered by the chef it was easy to pick dishes which suited our own individual tastes. One of the priciest in Castro but worth the extra cost. We ate there on our last evening and all agreed that had we ate there earlier in the week we would have revisited

14/05/2025: Top quality food for an affordable price! The biggest recommendation is the phenomenal fish soup (see picture) which is enough for two people to eat. The friendly chef joined us and made the dinner even better - bravo!

Good selection of wines also available.Nice background music makes Cardinal a can’t miss option. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommended.

Il cibo è fresco, con una chiara impronta mediterranea: piatti ben preparati, curati nella presentazione e dalle porzioni equilibrate. 22/05/2025: Sono stato da Soffio durante un convegno a Lecce e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. Il cibo è semplicemente eccezionale: ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschissimi e abbinamenti creativi. Si sente la passione in cucina e l’attenzione al cliente in sala. Il personale è gentile, professionale e disponibile a raccontare ogni piatto con competenza e sorriso. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, perfetto per una cena rilassata o una serata speciale. Un ristorante che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole gustare qualcosa di davvero unico a Lecce. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

06/05/2025: I was recently in this pizzeria and I must say that the place is really very nice, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent: friendly, helpful and attentive staff, which always makes the difference. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, the attention paid to the choice of ingredients is noticeable. The pizza, however, didn't completely convince me. Maybe we were wrong to choose flavors that were too elaborate - I took the one with mortadella and pistachio - but the dough seemed a little airy and had a slightly rubbery consistency. Probably with simpler flavors you can better appreciate the quality of the dough and the cooking. The dessert however was very good, a truly pleasant surprise that ended the evening in style. Positive note also for the price: decidedly low compared to pizzerias in my area, especially considering the overall quality of the experience.

01/05/2025: We had the best pizza we have ever had - delicious, cooked in an iconic pizza oven. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. If we were in lecce for longer, we would definitely return
