04/08/2025: Top pub/brewery in Lecce. If you're looking for excellent beers, Propheta will be happy to offer advice and explanations of the products you drink from Tuesday to Sunday. Very good sandwiches and pizzas. Prophet = beer, you can't go wrong.

29/06/2025: This place is awesome. They have multiple craft beers on draft and 2 fridges full of cans/bottles. The cathedral artwork inside is really cool too. Also, the service was exceptional. If I lived in Lecce, this would be my regular bar.

07/08/2025: This place was such a pleasant surprise, the food was delicious, local, and well-priced, the wine list was comprehensive, it’s one of the best locations overlooking the ruins of the Amphitheatre, and above all I want to congratulate the waiting staff who offered impeccable service with a big smile and genuinely grateful for the moderate tip I was able to leave with the last cash I had on me.

25/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening here. Really nice staff and good welcoming service. We were two adults and two children. Our girls are not picky, they ate fine from the menu, but otherwise the staff offered, without us asking, to make something they liked even if it was not on the menu. We got 4 really delicious starters. 4 also very delicious pasta dishes and a single dessert. Wine, soda and water for 169€. There was also delicious bread. We think the envelope bread you get in Italy is dry and boring. But the extra bread we got here was delicious. We give our best recommendation to this cozy place, despite sitting outside on a slightly busy road. It was worth all the money!

10/08/2025: A location with a spectacular view, it offers indoor seating with windows and a covered terrace. The restaurant is perfect for a romantic dinner, with a very peaceful atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented.

17/08/2025: I was here 3 years ago, and after tasting pasticciotti all over Puglia, I can assure you that theirs are the absolute best! I returned on vacation to Puglia, and the must-see I promised myself was to absolutely come back here to get the No. 1 pasticciotti!!! Really good, good, good!!! Keep it up!

14/08/2025: A historic Lecce restaurant, just steps from the city center. You can dine indoors or under the spacious outdoor gazebo. The menu offers a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes. A small note about the service: while the staff is attentive and helpful, it's unfortunate that the glass of water that accompanies your order is missing, as is the napkin dispenser at the table. These are details, of course, that make a difference. Prices aren't exactly affordable, but they're justified by the quality of the food.

31/07/2025: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars and recommend all restaurateurs to take a leaf out of the book of what I presume to be the owner of this steakhouse. He welcomed us and looked after us throughout our dinner, smiling, always available, truly honest, and capable of optimizing the customer experience in every way. Indeed, since my glass of red wine was served cold (and I don't like cold red wine), simply because I commented to him (without complaining) about the now widespread practice of keeping red wine in the refrigerator, he offered me a second glass at room temperature. This just goes to show you the kind of person we're talking about. Otherwise, excellent food, fair price, and quick service.

30/07/2025: An impressive selection of meat, including the "Chianina" a meat that I love, a bit like Charolais, there are 4 types of meat, served in various presentations, beef ribs (Fiorentina) minimum 750g, rib steak minimum 250g, and also the (Tagliata) I had peppers in sauce just delicious. There are also tasting plates for two people, a treat.

01/08/2025: An unforgettable dinner, everything fresh, pure, and cooked with love. A truly extraordinary culinary experience. We ate exceptional seafood, from calamari to tuna; every dish was perfect. But what struck us most was Chef Regina's passion and mastery. The fries... incredible. Even when you're full, you try one and immediately know they're special. Crispy, flavorful, it's as if Regina always uses fresh oil. You can taste the quality, you can taste the love. The tuna carpaccio was another masterpiece: incredibly fresh, delicate, impeccably served. Every dish is meticulously prepared and meticulously crafted. Chef Regina, wow. A true artist. Her cuisine is sincere, refined, and profoundly authentic. And a huge compliment also to the manager Federico, always present, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell the entire team works with passion and harmony. A hidden gem we recommend to everyone and will definitely return to!

01/08/2025: Eleven years ago, I sat at a table in this very restaurant. Today, the soul of the place is intact. You can feel it the moment you walk in: no gimmicks, no pretense. Just people who care about food and the people they’re feeding. Dinner was a kind of quiet sitting with the sister of the owner. The pittule came first: golden, airy, octopus, and teasing you that they are not playing around. And then the tuna carpaccio….no words….so fresh. Course after course, I was surprised, not by flashy techniques, but by how deeply good it all was. It was food that made you feel something. This wasn’t just a meal. It was memory, nostalgia, generosity. A reminder that some places don’t fade. Some places get it right and keep getting it right. If I could give advice to La Regina: Don’t change a thing.

17/08/2025: Everything was fantastic! We spent €40 each on fish, a starter and main course, plus water and wine. Excellent! The waiters were also very kind and gave us parking tips.

16/08/2025: Absolutely fabulous! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Castro's Underground was a wonderful discovery. The ingredients are excellent, with incredibly fresh fish and a truly overwhelming flavor. The first courses are plentiful and flavorful, served with great care. The staff is extremely kind and always available, while the restaurant is elegant and welcoming. The quality-price ratio is incredible: you spend very little compared to the high quality of the dishes served. Highly recommended, I can't wait to go back!

03/08/2025: A very positive experience! Masseria Bandino stands out for its welcoming and refined atmosphere, immersed in the tranquility of nature. The dishes are truly excellent: quality ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and impeccable presentation. The place is very charming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The prices are a little high, but absolutely justified by the quality of the food and service.

02/08/2025: Great Masseria very close to Otranto. Friendly helpful staff and absolutely great pool with nice bar service. Good breakfast with lots of choice . Great bed with medium-soft mattress in a nice room. We really liked our stay here! They have a free shuttle to the center of Otranto which is also really nice.. sandy beaches at 25 min drive , great snorkeling spots in Orte (30 min walk) and Porto Bardisco

13/07/2025: Delicious pizza! Excellent for takeout or dine-in. The place is truly welcoming, with an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent ingredients. The owners/staff are truly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

12/07/2025: We often order pizza from them on Saturday nights. Their punctuality is top-notch, even on Saturdays. They're spot on. The pizzas are delicious, but there's always room for improvement. Prices are average and more than fair. Well done to all the staff. Excellent booking via the app. See you soon.
